I decided to go with Cube Art for my wedding because I liked their ideas. They were mostly responsive to the messages. However, I was not entirely happy with the execution. The wedding decor was not as per the ideas we discussed, even though we were assured earlier that it would be as per the design we decided on. During the events, it was really difficult to get hold of them. Even when we communicated with some members of their team, that message was not relayed to the rest of the team. One thing we were especially ticked off by was that even when we clearly communicated the time of baraat and subsequent pooja, the team was not ready with decorations at the wedding venue! My family had to fight with them and push them to complete the decorations. Meanwhile the convertible we asked for for baraat randomly stopped working and took an hour to fix. The baraat had to wait for an hour for the car to be fixed in really hot weather, while the team was still not around to help us figure out a solution. We believe that they broke down the car on purpose, because they were not ready with the decorations. It literally took them 30 seconds to fix the car when it did finally get fixed. I want to give 3 stars, but rounding up only because everyone liked the decoration for mehendi and sangeet. I liked planning my wedding with them, but was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the execution.
