Worst experience. Pathetic service. Unfortunately, our experience with this event company was extremely disappointing. The owner, Mr. Asit, repeatedly made commitments but failed to follow through on them. He often forgot key details that had been clearly discussed multiple times, which made the entire process very frustrating. To avoid any confusion, we even prepared detailed PowerPoint slides outlining the décor and planning requirements. Despite this, the execution was completely off track. The décor was poorly done, low in quality, and significantly different from what had been agreed upon. On the wedding day itself, the decorations were incomplete, and many important elements were missing. It was especially upsetting to deal with these issues on such an important day. Numerous mistakes were made throughout the events, and the lack of attention to detail was evident. Overall, the service was highly unprofessional and disastrous. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and quality event planning.
