Devraj Filmworks - Pre Wedding

I had a mixed experience with them. The videography and photography was good. I booked traditional videography with candid for my wedding. But they asked for full pay upfront first of all and then they did not deliver anything on time. The photo album I received after 1 year of constantly asking them to deliver it to my home. They made the video which was not edited at all, just clips stiched together with random uninspired songs in the background. I requested them to re-edit it or give me the original footage so I myself can edit them. I can do better work than that. They refused to give me the footage and claimed they'll re-edit. Asking me to give them a song playlist and asked for my opinion. I gave them everything needed but months later, after countless back and forth, they finally informed me that they lost the footage. THEY LOST MY WEDDING FOOTAGE!!! They've been saying that it's in recovery, but it's been one year now, and I still don't have the complete wedding video. I'm sure it's a one-off thing. But it just shows how unprofessionel they are with customers. I've been polite so far but really disappointed and helpless. I don't know what to do except for writing my review here. Please be careful when booking something for weddings. Most people asking for an upfront payment don't care about their customers afterwards. Contract and words have no value for them.
