Dilshaadi

Let me share the horrible experience I had with Dilshaadi! I had hired them to cover two main events of my wedding - Ashirbad (Sep21) and Wedding day(Nov21). They did not a standard rate chart for Aashirwad, and hence I was made to pay the same as Reception coverage. I was misled by all the fancy social media advertising and woman entrepreneur narrative, and paid them a hefty amount expecting great things! The wedding day photography was just average, and the video was delayed for months citing some technical trouble at their end. After chasing them for long I did get a preview copy, but I still haven't received the final version. They sent some spurious links in between for the final version, but literally nobody could download anything from those. I was so disappointed at such average results and annoyed from the waiting, that I had 0 energy left to ask for further customisations. Also, maybe I was scared how many more months they would take to change the smallest of things. Ashirbad photography was a disaster. Although they charged me for "reception" they did not give any importantance to the event and sent their B team (or maybe C, who knows!). The still photography was so unimpressive that I could not select a single pic from this day for the main Canvera album. The videographer missed key parts of the event and the editor could not care less. I was so disappointed at the work that did not even know where to start asking for changes. My mother still has some hope and keeps following up with the owner to fix the Ashirbad video. I am less optimistic, more so because in the past couple of months I came across more people whose experiences with Dilshaadi were far from pleasant. At present I am still following up with them, requesting them to snip the Ashirbad fiasco off the main wedding day video, so I can at least show the wedding bit to people. They have not obliged so far. And god only knows if they will show any respect to the money they took, and fix the Ashirbad video!

Don't fall for the name and invest. Not worth it. Zero creativity and editing skills. Worst videography. Don't book unless you want to ruin your wedding day's video forever. Management and coordination also not upto the mark. Messed up our pre-wedding plans as well. Worst decision we took regarding our wedding was this.

very unprofessional...had fixed an appointment letting them know the time and place of our visit...however they just kept us waiting for more than 30 mins in front of their residence....will never recommend them

After searching tirelessly for a wedding photographer we finally found @dilshaadi_official and yes we are lucky enough to have them with us on our most special days of our life 😄 I wanted to thank you Madhurima & team ( Abhishek, Anirbaan,Mrigank,Sonali,Prateek and many more) for all the beautiful pictures & videos that you’ve framed and for being so patient all the time . Your creative and professional work has now become our everlasting memories of our special day. Cheers 🥂 #PratikiAnkita

I felt the wedding photography was not upto the mark. I just felt a lot of important moments were missed to be covered and the delivery of photos and the video was very late too. I got it after 10 months approx and still some changes had to be made like the selection of songs for the video and such stuff!!
