About the team

Ritu Dalmia is recognized as one of India’s finest chefs and innovative entrepreneurs, having opened India’s first-ever Italian restaurant in 1993 and has hosted several TV shows on Italian food, travel and culture. She has also had the honor of cooking for Former President Carlo Azeglio Ciampi of Italy and Queen Paola of Belgium, and many other world leaders. Ritu’s excellence and work in the hospitality industry has been recognized by various institutions, like Forbes, she was a part of their list of ‘W-Power Trailblazers 2017’.
