From my end it is completely customer fault they told that first u should wait for 2 hours but later on the artist she had waited over 5 hours.. the artists also have other makeup services on same day.. according to that they wil arrange the schedule so we have to tel the artist to clear timings.. it's customer fault or else she tel the vendor to wait for extra 3 hours wil give waiting charges.. time is important for every person nobody cant wait for anyone without amount

I had an extremely disappointing experience. She demanded payment for a service she never provided, which was shocking and completely unprofessional. The makeup she did deliver was of very poor quality and even caused rashes on my skin. This entire encounter has left me deeply dissatisfied. It’s disheartening that someone listed on the WedMeGood platform would behave in such an unreliable and unethical manner. Based on my experience, I absolutely cannot recommend her to anyone, and this has seriously affected my trust in the app itself. I have actually asked her for only a normal casual makeup just a normal one for me and my mom after jalleda snaanam (not even a heavy). she said it would be 5000 rupees at first (for both me and my mom). Later, she "demanded" 5,500 rupees for just extensions for both. Also, she didnot mention that she would take extra charges if she has to wait. as this is a shashtipoorthi function for which we do not know how much time it would take for completing jalleda snaanam (as it is just like marriage so we would not know when the muhurth and all would complete). SHE HAS TO MENTION THAT SHE WOULD CHARGE FOR WAITING BUT SHE DID NOT. Later she demanded another 500 for "waiting". Also she is misleading everyone saying that im not trustable customer though i paid her 5,500 rupees for just a simple makeup. I'm attaching the screenshots my payment to her. SHE IS MOT TRUSTABLE AND NOT RELIABLE AS SHE NOT ONLY DEMANDS MONEY BUT ALSO ARGUES WITH YOU AND YOUR FAMILY, MAKING YOU ALL TO LOOK LIKE YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS DOING WRONG FOR JUST NOT PAYING HER “500 RUPEES” THAT SHE DEMANDED EVEN WITHOUT INTIMATING YOU BEFORE FUNCTION. So I'm leaving it to you all whether to select her for your event (as some events like marriage may require her to wait, and as she is not mentioning that she needs payment for waiting and it may be based on hours of waiting as well). Also, she is demanding "more" for a simple and casual one as well. We can get a proper and heavy makeup for this 5500 that i paid her.
