They engaged event services vendors for us who did great service for us. Their management team was always present to coordinate every aspect and make sure everything runs smoothly on the event date. Debarati and her team were the wedding planners for my daughter's wedding in Kolkata and it was a great experience having her on board. Although the planning process was a bit overwhelming as we the bride's family and the groom's family were coordinating from different countries and there was a time difference between us but she made sure every single aspect is planned nicely. She used to be up to assist us at odd timings and make sure we are comfortable with the planning and nothing is missed. However there were certain miscommunications during the planning process but we understand it's just another part of planning. When it came to the execution day we were pretty nervous but her team made sure everything run smoothly. We must praise her skills of guest management. There was a situation which was accidentally created by us and few of our guests got upset about it. We didn't know how to handle the situation when Debarati came to our rescue. She apologised to guests on our behalf and made sure they are comfortable. We will be forever grateful for this behaviour of her. Weddings cannot be seamless no matter how much we try and sometimes things go wrong but we together work as a team to control the situation rather than cribbing about it. We met Debarati as a professional but can say she's a part of family now. I attended my close acquaintance Mr Kundu's daughter's wedding with my family in Kolkata which was managed by Debarati and her team and I must say they did a fantastic job. From the food arrangements, decorations, welcoming of guests everything was so nicely done. Diwas was the planner for our wedding in Jan 2025 in Gurgaon. From the initial stages of planning we were impressed by their prompt response and due diligence to detailed planning process. However we were still nervous about things going well on the event date but needless to mention that they handled every event meticulously and we are super happy with how the events turned out. We have received various compliments from the guests for how the decor was executed, they really have great creative skills, however the event services turned out to be a bit expensive but its all the worth after we see the successful events. We must thank their team who worked tirelessly to pull this off!!

Hello Diwas Wedding team I was one of the guest for Tripta & Astitva wedding.. I read your replies to bride and her father but sorry to say but there were some glitches from your end as even we were attending those events like I was one of them who missed pool party event because of transportation confusion as we waited there for 1 more hr despite the time mentioned for pick up and everybody was on time and secondly knowing it is long 3-4 hrs way you should have suggested them for earlier pickup as most of us were already in Bangkok only and you were knowing well in advance... And sorry not all guests got welcome properly as we were so late for pool party event that we just rushed to have lunch. Secondly I have seen bride brother and his friends constantly running here and there for every small thing be like which song to play at entrance , how bride & groom entrance will be and that face scrub was very small thing any of your team member could have helped them to get it despite wedding guest going to buy that.. 3rd No announcement or regular follow up from your side about event schedule As I have seen devansh calling you to please post event in group as everyone was following up with him for time and schedule for next events. And most importantly I have seen you disinterested in all the events be it coming after bride & groom entrance or swinging in garden or just walking with folded hands.. Didn't seen communicating with guest or even wedding family members.. And funniest part that everybody was thinking komal ( Anchor ) is event manager taking care of events.. Nothing to disrespect you or your team yes you are right every wedding can't be perfect have some imperfections but families hire planners to have dream wedding without stress and that main clause was missing.. Events were good , property was good , all other pre arrangements were good but just lacked in management. Don't take it as negative but as genuine review which you can take care in next future wedding events..?

I hired Diwas for my wedding in February 2025. While things started off smoothly, the experience took a disappointing turn. Two weeks before the wedding, they backed out of the wedding. Debarati, in particular, seemed to take feedback personally, which made communication difficult. Although some initial groundwork was done, I found myself staying up late to handle tasks that should have been managed by the team. Once the events began, their involvement dropped significantly. Poor management and lack of attention to detail resulted in 30 of my guests missing the first event — despite clear instructions that transfers needed to be completed before noon. Weddings are naturally stressful, but I was surprised that Debarati never checked in on me or my partner throughout the events — except when it came to collecting the final payment. I trusted her not only as a planner but as a friend, which made the last-minute mismanagement even more disappointing. You might have my video interview after the reception with good reviews, but this is truly how I felt after your message the other day. I wanted to celebrate this special occasion, but instead, I saw my closest friends and family running around trying to fix things — handling responsibilities the planners should have managed. I wouldn’t recommend Diwas for anyone looking for reliable, professional wedding planning support.

We hired this wedding planner for my sister's wedding in Palayana, Hua Hin, and their service was an absolute disaster. They were never available when needed and spent most of the time lounging in their room or at the venue enjoying food while we, the family, handled everything. Despite numerous requests, they delayed tasks endlessly, forcing us to do everything ourselves. The guests were left uninformed about the schedule, and the entire event management we paid them for was completely neglected. It was incredibly stressful, a huge waste of money, and energy. The only thing they managed to do on time was ask for their payment-unbelievably, they asked for it right during the wedding! Do NOT waste your time or money on this planner!"
