I booked them for my sister’s wedding and what a horrendous work. He has missed all the key people throughout the event, our family pictures are missing. He was always in a hurry to go somewhere, overbooked himself hence not able to cater to the current event. All our sangeet videos have been cut short. Not a single person’s dance has been fully covered. We, as bride’s family had to guide him throughout since a different team showed up everyday. Such a terrible experience, please save yourself and your money.

They will not deliver your video pics at all They don’t even have an office and had made a one room apartment as office in Lucknow where they live.jst have 8-10 pictures on wall. ‼️They are scammers jst don’t. Fraud and Scammer Disappointing Experience with DJ Films – Would Not Recommend! I had a very frustrating experience with DJ Films for my wedding videography. Their service was unprofessional, and the final videos were a complete disappointment. Here’s why: Missing Important Videos: Key moments like Haldi, Mehandi, Mandap, and Vidai videos were completely missing! How can a wedding video package exclude such important events? No Drone Shots: They promised aerial shots, but none were included. This was a major letdown. Poor Editing Choices: The videos were unnecessarily dark, making it hard to see the moments clearly. They added excessive, cheap-looking effects like bubbles and hearts, which overshadowed the original footage. Sloppy Work: They uploaded the wrong title for the wedding video, confusing it with the ring ceremony. Ignored Song Requests: Despite providing a detailed list of songs, they used the wrong tracks and ignored my requests for replacements. Missing Important Moments: They included random clips (like a 4-minute dance that no one wanted) but excluded crucial couple moments that were shown in the teaser! Unprofessional Editing: Faces were cut off in shots, and unnecessary frames were included that ruined the flow. Overall, DJ Films showed a complete lack of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. They wasted my time with endless revisions and still did not deliver what was promised. If you are considering them for your special occasion, think twice! They are quick to take your money but fail to deliver quality work. I strongly advise you to avoid paying them upfront and only release payment after you are fully satisfied with their work. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and DJ Films failed to capture it with the care and professionalism it deserves. Reminder when booking DJ Films (God Forbid): Always take a phone number or email address for direct communication, even from assistants like the light technician. Do not pay them any money before they deliver all photos and videos. Even if they pressure you, wait until you have everything. Once they provide the photos and videos, carefully review all the content to ensure everything is included and meets your expectations. Not good for your photography and videography. All of them are amateur videos like in 80s 90s. We will regret them. Experience is not good. Destroy my wedding days. Irresponsible and after 2 years now also photos and videos abhi ban rae h. Beforehand payment ho gaya , working abhi tak chal raha hai. I would not recommend.
