Surbhi is an amazing artist , can't really thank you enough for the fabulous work u have done. I was so tensed before the function but the look u gave me made me trust you more and more. And I also want to appreciate your patience since u waited for me. I was so so confident coz of your makeup and not to forget about the hairdo , everyone was appreciating it so much I am so glad that I chose you for mi big day, can't stop waiting for mi another day to get ready by you. one of the tallented makeup artist I have ever met, you made me look beautiful.

Surbhi is extremely unprofessional and untrained. She will tell you all the good things before booking and after taking booking she is least bothered. Before booking she told me that she will reach my venue at 3:30 pm but she reached at 5:00 and didn't even listen to what my mom wanted. She just put her own thing on her and did the makeup and hair in just half and hour and before booking she told me that it will take about 1 n a half hour. she didn't discuss anything and said I'll do whatever will looks good on you but she did what can be done in a hurry. Her makeup was so bad that everybody was saying it could have been better if you did your makeup on your own. She spoiled my entire function. Didn't want to give her even half star Had such a bad experience with her now editing my comment further after checking Surbhi's reply on it. This is height of your unprofessionalism now. Yeah you didn't do my makeup n did my mother's make up for which you took really good amount of money from me since I did the booking . If you don't know me why did you started texting me 5 mins after this review and was giving very wage excuses too for your shitty work. I will make sure no more customers are fooled by your fake or paid reviews.

Surbhi did her job fabulously. She is so professional and talented. Used the best products. Totally made my day.

She dolled me up for my wedding. She is a lovely soul and very professional with her work. I came across her work on instagram and I must say she was one of the very few makeupartists who had uploaded unedited normal mobile clicked pics which made my decision easier to book her. My makeup was flawless and it looked fresh the whole night.
