I’m the bride’s sister and honestly our experience with Dream Creations and Medha Rao was very disappointing. From the beginning we were promised a beautiful Banaras themed setup, but on the actual day many things looked very poorly executed. The mandap itself looked mismatched (red cloth with a green base) and several flex boards were literally bent and crumpled. The carpets also looked dirty, which really spoiled the look of the whole setup. When my sister pointed out that flowers from the mirror entry had fallen, the response we got was that “drone ki hawa se phool gir gaye.” For someone who claims to have managed events for years, that explanation was honestly shocking. There were also things that already existed as venue decoration but were still counted as part of their work, which felt very misleading. What was even more upsetting was the tone and attitude after the payments were made. Instead of acknowledging concerns, the response became defensive and intimidating. A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event for a family. Sadly, our experience with this team turned what should have been a joyful occasion into a very stressful one
