My marriage shoot was done about 2 years ago.but sill hard copy of album or softcopy of edited photo was not given to me .even after almost payment was done.kernal from Dream arts Studiio is a very iresponsible person.

This review is to just aware customer and this kind of photographer should not get platform like wedmegood. HE IS A BIG TIME FRAUD.I have booked this photographer online. booked for all my functions starting from engagement to vedaai (for bride and groom both side). he hardly taken pictures from the groom side.i don't know from where to start but i will write down point wise below. 1)As I am from Bihari family background, my parents were not in favor of spending so much on photography, but it was my dream of getting best photographer for my wedding day. so, i started searching for the wedding photographer who would be best in his work but in cheaper rate. one of my friend referred me Dream art studio. i spoke to him and finalized him for all my functions for both groom and bride side which was costing me exact 1 lakh 50 thousand. i convinced my parents. 2)28th january 2019.:- my engagement day. as i stay in Bangalore i could not meet him before so everything was booked based on call conversation.first time i met with this photographer on this day itself. he was sounding well experience but it was my mistake. the photos came was not at all satisfied. for getting photos from him you have to beg like beggers. as if he is doing favor on you. he is good at following up for the payment but not for the work he suppose to give with full completion. 3) free pre- wedding shoot just 1 week before my wedding day happened in delhi. this person was already in Delhi for his work so we decided to get pre-wedding shoot in delhi itself. he was not at all interested in following up and also all the idea we only have to give he is a dumb ass who is just carrying camera without any brains in him. he suppose to meet us in the morning 5 o'clock for the shoot. we got up early got ready and booked a cab to reach the location we decided. but this fellow was just sleeping coz he had party last night. i have called his almost 50 times that day. he din't answer our call. so we decided to get back. when we reached our house he call and informed that he slept, so he said next day will shoot in the same location. we had no option as we came all the way from Patna to get the shoot done. so next day we went and had shoot done as promised by him. 4)THEN COMES OUR WEDDING FUNCTION AND THE WEDDING (18th april 2019):- FOR EVERY FUNCTION HE USE TO GET HIS EXTRA PEOPLE SAYING THAT HE HAS BOUGHT THEM FOR US. SO THAT PICTURES AND VIDEOS COMES PROPERLY AND NO MOMENT MISS OUT. HE THOUGHT WE WILL NOT KNOW THAT WHY HE IS GETTING SO MANY PEOPLE IN THE WEDDING. MY WEDDING WAS IN Hotel Maurya which is one the top 5 hotel in bihar. on my wedding day also he got so many people whose work was not there but still we din't say anything. he is so cheap mentality person who comes and gets his friends so that they can enjoy the food of any party. this was noticed by all my friends and sibling. for wedding day my uncle requested him for the drone and tv arrangement that time he agreed after that he is coming to me and saying that he is in loss. i just ignored him as this was discussed between him and my uncle. if he is in so much loss he should not agree in front of my uncle 5)after wedding he took lot of time to give me all my photos and vedios . and until we have not paid him he was very sweet and punctual in all the follow up. as his request i paid him some amount so that he can release my picture and vedios. but he has sent only pictures not vedios. i kept on requesting he has not given and he gave me almost after 5-6 months. when i received i could n't sit on selecting pictures. when my parents use to ask for then picture i used to tell them i myself have taken so much time that why he is not able t give. but after sometime i realized that its not due to this its because he is a fraud. whatever vedios he has given i have given him correction. and correction is also not 2-3 it has to be changed properly as all vedios clipping is worst un professional. todays my uncle is following up with him he is not picking up his call and its not new this has happened earlier also. he has not picked up my calls also when i use to follow up.. it's 15-2-21 i am still awaiting for my final album and final videos. *his videos quality is so poor *pictures quality is also poor *very unprofessional *he is not taken any degree in photography. that kind of Photography any one can do

I’d a wonderful experience with DreamArts Studio. Everyone was so professional, the photos are absolutely stunning. Karnal and Ranjan- photographers , plus Sunny and Rupesh - videographers, they went above and beyond. They were very friendly and helpful and made the day go by much more smoothly. All they had to do was take photos, instead they helped the groomsmen and bride’s party get ready while taking great photos. They were very easy and pleasant to work with. And one more thing FLEXIBLE EVEN DESPITE COVID-19.! They were able to accommodate a completely different date and venue when everything about wedding changed. My family had a wonderful time with them. We’re so grateful to ve worked with them..! I would recommend DreamArts Studio to anyone.
