We had our marriage on Feb 2017 and still no hard copy of album yet. Mr Nivas who was the owner of Duet Photography then had assured everything would be fine but he himself did not turn for wedding shoot he sent his assistant to do this itself was a disappointing first instance.Then post which we have following up with the guy to get the complete album but he has never turned up he is not available now on whats app. there were multiple conversations and follow up but some or other reasons were given still no album.. All false promises they make but they do not deliver. They took the total amount from us and gave us invoice which was a mistake from my side to pay fully to them as i have been fooled. Please do not go to the duet we need to escalate this and might go legal. Very pathetic.

Our marriage was on September 2018. Still no albums no highlights received from the photographer He will not attend calls He will not keep promises on delivering albums If we ask . He will just collage the photos for albums which are not upto satisfaction and wil not upto the mark . Still no album/edited videos. Only raw pics and videos from camera he sent to mail. Worst. 1. We booked a spot for pre-wedding shoot he came very late..we can't able to take beach photos. Due to long wait we were very tired and it was dark in the evening no light..so pre wedding photos are not good. 2. We booked a suite room for wedding exclusively for christian wedding photography.he came late.that too he didn't come to hotel. He went to wrong address. Again we waited for long time .before marriage and married event itself got delayed.we were so worried and not satisfied 3. Waste of time ,waste of money,waste of efforts, our happiness itself lost.

I was really impressed with their creativity, and all the efforts they put in our wedding. I can’t thank them enough for the memories they have created on my day . Only issue i faces is about the delivery of the photos and videos.
