I would give it zero if it gave me the option. I recently went to dvasa to get my daughter’s dream wedding lengah. It was the most horrifying experience i had to deal, not to mention highly unprofessional. The owner Abhi had promised he would make a lengah very much like the original from Rimple and Harpreet that we had seen and tried on. He made a very small sample from a border piece of the lengah. It was unfinished, but in the little time we had in india, it seemed to be ok. However, 2 months later i flew back to pick it up. At first i thought it was ok. Me being from another country and naive, i paid for it with my debit card. My daughter and i were confused after we left the store. So we decided to go back to Rimple to see the original piece. We were right!! The embroidery was different, and so was the base color, which we never saw in the sample piece. We were so hurt and short of time, that we ended up buying the original and have it expedited. We went back to dvasa to demand our money back since it was not anything like what we had originally asked for. We even left the lengah with him as we were so disappointed. Despite repeated communication, Abhi refused to refund my payment for the lehenga. We explained that the outfit he delivered was not the lehenga we originally selected and paid for. We even sent side-by-side photos of both lehengas. The differences were undeniable: * The embroidery motifs were entirely different (paisleys and silver detailing in the original vs. large floral/gold patterns in the delivered lehenga). * The bottom border design and colors did not match at all— the original lehenga had multicolor detailing while the one delivered had wide, heavy, gold borders with green accents * The shade of red and overall look of the outfit were also totally different, changing the entire aesthetic of the lehenga * In addition, when asked for photos and videos during the production process, he failed to show us the lehenga they were making and avoided our attempts to approve this outfit These were not minor variations — they proved that the lehenga Abhi delivered was not the one that we had selected or agreed upon. His claim “it was customized in your size” therefore cannot be refunded. The issue had never been the sizing; the issue was that Abhi failed to provide the product we contracted for. A customized size does not excuse delivering a product that is completely different in design, embroidery, border, and overall style. This was a clear case of misrepresentation and breach of contract. When a seller fails to provide the product that was agreed upon, the buyer is entitled to a refund. Retaining my money for an item that was not delivered as promised, was unlawful and constitutes fraud. I gave Abhi the opportunity to resolve this matter fairly and amicably.he refused to talk to me and only wanted to message me as he said “i am not comfortable on call.” I wander why?! The only option he gave was for me to pick up the lengah i had paid for but left with him. When you think and believe that a person’s dream is unimportant compared to the money you make - it tells you a lot about your character and integrity. He took advantage of me being abroad and only wanted his money. I would never recommend anyone to come and buy from him!!! On the other hand Rishi from OM PRAKASH in Chandni Chonk went above and beyond our expectations - GO THERE!!!

All 5* reviews are FAKE like Akansha is their employee. No body should trust this shop. They are not reliable for fit & time. You have to go there atleast 4-5 times. Even though you will get proper fit not sure. Rude behavior. AVOID AVOID AVOID for peace of mind.

Won’t recommend buying lehengas from here. When you go to buy the lehenga, they’ll make you feel like a princess. But once the delivery date is near, they’ll literally make you cry for the delivery. I got my wedding lehenga 3 weeks after the promised delivery date. And that too after 500 phone calls and multiple visits to the store. The team is highly insensitive and unresponsive. They’ll try to delay the delivery as much as they can so that the person has no other option but to wait till the last minute for the lehenga. They literally made me cry and I got my final product to me 6 days before my wedding date. When the wedding events had already started! The final lehenga was fab but the entire process made me so nervous and that too so close to the wedding date. Won’t recommend that to any bride to be.

Pathetic customer experience. I bought my wedding Lehenga from this place. They delivered the lehenga 3 weeks after the promised date, that too after uncountable follow-ups. I had to call them 100s of times to get them to deliver my lehenga. On top of it, they didn't send all the items of lehenga as was mentioned on the bill. Later, they sent the chunri but didn't bother to check the chunri and sent me the wrong chunri and messing up someone else's wedding in the process. After a lot of drama, we had to courier the chunri to its concerned host. Talking about the fit, the blouse fit was terrible, and I had to redo the fitting at such short notice. Just one point to shop owners from my side, a wedding is something really sacred and special to people. If you commit something to your customers, do ensure to deliver it.

Amazing collection but faced a few problems with the finished product and after sales services.

My wedding outfit was beyond beautiful and I fell in love with it the moment I saw it. They truly give in their best to make your special day really special. Their customer service is too good and they would make sure you get your trial days before the function so there is no hassle in the end. So so happy with my wedding outfit. Highly recommended .

worst experience ever, they will promise one thing and deliver a completely different outfit. Also I was promised a delivery on 10th Nov and wedding was on 25th Nov , after making 100 odd calls I got my outfit on 19th. It was supposed to be peplum legenga and I got gown , so you can't trust them at all. please do not buy wedding outfits from here.

Superb collection! You can trust the team blindly. The fitting of the blouse turned out perfect!
