0.5 because I can’t give a ZERO Feedback: 1)Zero Punctuality: Arrival of catering team past lunch time. Lunch started post 2 PM. No replies despite constant calls/followups. 2)Zero Hygiene standards: No basic hygiene followed by staff. No gloves or cap or mask. Not a single person in your staff washed hands before making puri or before serving. People reported about finding hair in food. Food was kept open throughout the event, no cover. 3) Manipulated welcome drink despite correction and multiple follow ups. 4) Except first batch (around 15 guests) nobody had greenpeas stuffing in the puri. All that was served was normal puri. 5) Vegetable cutlet was indeed only Beetroot cutlet. No Kasundi or any chutney or ketchup was served. 6) Dessert was completely removed from the menu. 7) Except first batch everyone had to eat cold food. Zero effort on serving warm food. On top of all this we had to face the embarrassment in front of our guests and society. Many guests came only for Puja. Nothing was served. They had to go back empty stomach. The most unprofessional and sub standard catering we had ever had. It is because of you we are now a laughing stock in front of our invited guests. You put us in a helpless and awkward position yesterday. If this is out of your capacity or you think this is a very small event to give any importance then you should really work on your professionalism. I am definitely not going to recommend you to anyone to face this shame and humiliation. HUMARI NAAK KATA K RAKH DIYA HAIN AAPNE.

Worst experience. If it was possible to give 0 stars would have selected that. We booked this catering for both daily food and wedding function, a total of 4 days. The owner only knows how to talk and make you fall a prey to their false promises. After seeing google reviews we booked them despite the hefty charges that they asked for, thinking at least the quality won't be compromised. Our venue was 80 KMs away from bangalore so we even paid charges for the to and fro travel of their trucks, and kitchen setup that they took for the 4 days. We even paid for cleaning boy, service boy who would help with cleaning and removing the plates after people ate. But despite all the assurances and promises, the staff that he gave: 1. Were extremely rude, 2. Were very unhygenically in maintaining the catering 3. Never cleaned the table where they kept food, they would keep the next meal on the same messy table which they left in the previous meal. The previous meal's food would be lying on the floor, and they wouldn't even care to serve in the same area without any cleaning, walking on top of those food. Since it is not easy to get time to check in the midst of the function personally, by the time we noticed and asked them to properly clean and keep, it was late. Even then the manager assigned was arguing. 4. The dirtly used plates, glasses were lying on the table for 1 whole day and we had to tell them explicitly to take those. Dirty plates area was kept just beside the eating area. The dining table would not be cleaned, plates would be lying around and flies would be hovering the area, and that too when guests were still coming to eat next. We had to tell them explicitly to remove plates each time. 5. The catering food tray were never hot, they never put any arrangement to keep diya/candle etc (whatever they keep under the tray to keep the food heated). 6. Despite telling veg and non-veg had to be maintained properly they used same spatula and hand gloves to serve both. 7. Despite paying more for people to serve on the table on the daily catering days, they never did that. 8. Wedding snacks was served during dinner time. Not even tea coffee or welcome drinks. The guests had to wait for too long for the even these. 9. The kitchen area which we provided them to use, they kept it very dirty, the resort caretaker even complaint about their drinking and vomitting in that area which they left without cleaning. 10. They charged more saying all sweets authentic bengali ones would need to be taken from bangalore, but on the day of serving they informed saying they didn't get misti doi and are not finding it anywhere nearby. (Their IQ of trying to find a bengali item in Karnataka village) Why did we pay for their truck to-and-fro if we had to get this results? 11. The food was not good, cold, and chewey. Despite intervening and asking them to properly preare with instructions, it was a let down. None of the guests or family members liked the food and complained about the food. Extremely horrible and dissapointed experience, and despite all these, the manager that was assigned there had the audacity to misbehave, shout and make faces the entire time he was there. The only reason we went beyond our budget to go for this catering was our family requirement for bengali authentic food. But after the experience we realized people would have loved local karnataka food better than whatever food these people served. Hopeless, money-minded people.

Absolutely brilliant experience with this vendor,! They made lip smacking bengali food for three of our events. Our guests loved it and so did we!!! Highly recommend them for catering services in Bangalore. They are great with quality of delivery,professionalism, attention to detail and accomodating as well
