Elegant Weddings

We had a wonderful wedding thanks to the Elegant Weddings team's efforts. We loved the little personal details that really showed they care about what they do. We tested their limits by our last minute demands - but the team always delivered. The rain on our wedding day initially dampened our spirits but when we entered the reception venue we couldn't help being amazed by the romantic and beautiful setting Elegant Weddings had created. Initially I wasn't very convinced I needed a wedding planner - but now I am sure of it and would recommend it to all future brides - if you want to have a stress-free enjoyable wedding do get a wedding planner and rest assured Elegant Weddings will do an amazing job.

I contacted them for my wedding in Chennai. Since I was planning a very budget wedding I asked them for specific help majorly involving the lighting for the venue and help with arranging chairs and a few floral arrangements. I corresponded with them over watsapp and met twice before they agreed and once the day before the wedding. I was very very specific with what type of lighting I wanted and even gave them a plan with everything marked out. The day of the wedding when I came to venue nothing was done right. They had used white wires for all the hanging lanterns which looked absolutely ghastly in the photos! They had promised to assist with other decorations which they did only after much pleading at the very last minute. We has asked for a semi-circular stage which ended up a rectangle with giving us notice, my entire bridal march went for a toss last minute! I cannot tell you how dissappointed I was with their services, especially since I was expecting alot from the impression I had of them from our previous conversations and many many assurances. Services provided: i) Hanging Chinese lanterns (provided by me) - 65 nos. ii) Running fairy lights - 50 lines iii) Filament bulbs - 60 nos. iv)2 spot lights v) 6 halogen lights vi) Genset vii) 10'x12' platform viii) 8 Aircoolers ix) Drapes and ribbons (which didnt go up in the end despite me sending them reference photos they asked me how to do it on my wedding day) I will say that they were polite and civil but also incompetent...
