Stay away from them. They have failed to deliver for two years despite our repeated follow-ups, and they continue to provide excuses instead of results. They appear to have no concern for accountability or potential legal consequences, and they act as if customers will simply keep waiting without taking action. They also do not secure required permits in advance (drone, location access, or any event permissions). They show up on the event day with no preparation and then claim they cannot do drone shots or key coverage because they “don’t have permits.” This is unprofessional, avoidable, and completely unacceptable.

I hired Epics by Avinash for my wedding in December 2024, and I received my photos and videos only in October 2025. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. When I first realized the work was getting delayed, I reached out to Avinash directly. He assured me he would take responsibility and get things done, but nothing changed. My mother-in-law and I had to follow up constantly for months, and eventually he even blocked both of us. The photographer who handled our project kept giving excuses week after week, pushing deadlines all the way to November. We were mentally exhausted hearing the same stories repeatedly. We even visited their office, and the whole setup felt unprofessional and disorganized. As for the actual photography, they missed several important moments. Even during the engagement, I specifically asked if they captured certain key shots, and they said yes. Later, they claimed the lighting was too dim, which makes no sense. On the wedding day, they missed major cultural moments like Arundathi Nakshatram, food shots, and many of the family interactions that matter the most. The professionalism, the way they talk, were far below what we expected. I regret choosing this team because they caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a happy time. Even after finally receiving the output, there are still noticeable mistakes. Overall, this was one of the worst vendor experiences we've had, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. And I agree with others who have rated them to be unprofessional etc, I am writing this review to save others time and moments in their life. Hope this helps at least one. My experience with epics by Avinash is extremely bad and unsatisfactory. All those working there doesn’t have any work ethics , no professionalism , they don’t deliver the output in specified time . The photos and videos which they have provided are also below average , overall they have spoiled my wedding photos and videos. The photos which they upload on Instagram are just misleading.

"They have a policy of requiring 90% payment prior to the event and the remaining 10% on the day of the event. They promised delivery of the output within three months following the event. However, even after four months, I’m yet to receive the output. They only provide contact information of their event manager, and they are unresponsive to texts and calls. obtaining any information about them is challenging. The only option is to wait indefinitely. My experience with them was extremely negative. They prioritize only a few pictures and videos for uploading on their social media platforms, while the quality of other images and videos is just okay, comparable to what any photographer could capture.

Epics by Avinash did a fantastic job with my wedding photographs and videos. I was extremely happy with the final output. They were very professional and clicked fantastic shots. I would highly recommend them to others !
