Event Basket

A lot of mismanagement. On 1st day, during all events so many guests were without chairs. Lot of mismanagement during marriage. All guests were left in the sun, for nearly an hour. Even water was not served in spite of requesting repeatedly. Poor time management.

We had a wonderful experience working with Event Basket for our wedding. From planning to execution, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Vaibhav was our main point of contact and made the entire planning process stress-free. He understood our vision clearly, was always responsive, and ensured every detail was thoughtfully planned. The decor was exactly as per our expectations, beautifully executed and very well put together. A special mention to Siraj, who was present on the floor throughout the events. His coordination and management were exceptional — calm, efficient, and always in control. It gave us a lot of peace of mind knowing things were being handled seamlessly behind the scenes. Their RSVP team also deserves appreciation. They were extremely helpful and patient while coordinating with guests, managing queries, and ensuring smooth communication, which made a huge difference for us. Overall, Event Basket delivered exactly what they promised — smooth planning, great coordination, and beautiful execution. We’re really glad we chose them for our big day and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or event.

We organised our daughter’s wedding in April 2025 and one of the best decisions was to rope in Vaibhav from Event Basket. What a fabulous job done by him and the team. He is sharp to understand the taste and needs of the clients. Minimal and classy was our desire and he delivered bang on. Absolutely hassle free interaction and everything done before time. Event basket managed by the lovely couple Vaibhav and Chaiti has all my love and regards for the work they do. They planned by wedding functions like sangeet, roka, devkarya, the wedding and the reception exceptionally well, The ceremonies were back to back due to paucity of time and they managed it just right, They spent a lot of time with us planning and understanding our needs and incorporated all of them. Their team was like an extended family to us during our wedding preps and stayed beyond it. The wedding was held at cidade de Goa, and was appreciated by all the guests. From the elegant decoration to paying attention to details, they did it all. Moreover, they also comforted us in times of need. I highly recommend event basket for all your wedding needs with a personal touch. Event Basket is one of the most professional events and wedding planners I have ever seen. Their approach, keen nature to understand the client's requirements and to deliver the best of it, is something that stands out among the rest. They Curate all weddings as if they are part of the family.

They did took care some of things but we had to chase after them for 8-9 months & had to go through immense stress since was not having any responses for confirmation about anything after talking to them about the planning.We had to do the whole ppt & no interest or devotion was shown at the beginning.So basically all the decor ideas & planning we had to do it by ourself rather than them giving us options or suggestions.For Haldi ,Mehendi ,engagement were mostly satisfying but our wedding day was totally ruined with no back up plans for rains for an hour & there was power cut & same thing happens …no back up plans.So technically ended up having wedding at the restaurant area with out any decor or proper situation for guest to have a sit.Could not even take proper pictures on the wedding day on any of our wedding venue like reception stage or mondop.They also forgot to communicate about the bridal entry & all.Basically our big day was ruined:(We had to look for all of our vendors by ourself.The decor was fine but more pre-planning & support based on weather and situation could have chaged our experiences for our wedding day since we can not go back and change our lifetime event which we waited for years:(
