Extremely disappointed with this wedding planner—the owner was unbelievably rude, used foul language, and showed no professionalism whatsoever. The entire event was poorly managed. Their unorganized approach and disrespectful behaviour completely ruined the experience. Would not recommend to anyone. Take this review seriously!!!!!!!

Worst experience. Should never hire them. They make your events a living hell !! Just hate their work. They are very unprofessional.

We hired them for my baby shower . It was an intimate event at home because of covid . Very unprofessional behaviour from team event Pitara . Poor management and poor communication. The backdrop frame they had selected, they couldn’t set up on time, as they haven’t taken proper measurements. Then they told me they don’t take small events , but I believe if they are not into small events, they shouldn’t have taken up my event .
