I had a regrettable experience with Eyebrow Weddings, particularly with their coordinator, Vishnu NB. In 2019, I undertook the responsibility of creating four wedding highlights for him. Initially, he paid a partial amount of 5000, promising the remaining 15000 within a week. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. Despite numerous attempts to reach Vishnu NB through calls and messages, there was no response. It took months before I managed to establish contact with Eyebrow Weddings through social media. Surprisingly, their team informed me that Vishnu was occupied with his wedding in Mumbai and did not address my concerns. I also tried reaching out to the social media management team of Eyebrow Weddings on Instagram and Facebook, explaining the situation. Regrettably, they showed no interest in finding a solution or understanding the problem. This unprofessional and unethical behavior raises serious concerns about the business practices of Eyebrow Weddings. I strongly advise others to reconsider working with them or choosing them as a client. My experience highlights a lack of professionalism, accountability, and integrity within the organization.

Very unprofessional and irresponsible team. Took the entire amount in advance for my wedding in November 2018 in Bangalore, got us to book their team flight tickets and hotel stay. And they just lost our entire wedding pictures and videos. It’s been 4.5 years and they’ve still not given me my video. It was the most special day for us and they cheated us royally. On top of that they’ve been sharing my pictures on their Google page, this website and on their social media platforms without asking our consent. They will be sued and we are currently pursuing legal action.

I had very bad experience working with Eyebrow weddings from Kerala. They do not have an ounce of professionalism in their work and certainly don’t know how to treat their clients with respect. I was in touch with Shreeram and Ajith from their team. Due to pandemic and travel bans, my wedding was cancelled. Upon requesting for refund as per gov guidelines, they AGREED to fully refund the advance in a short time. Considering how businesses were affected, I patiently waited for 3 months. But in the end they failed to refund the full amount and only paid partially. Shreeram gave various excuses for the delay like there is some misunderstanding between their managements and their previous colleagues stole certain company property which is causing the delay. He even mentioned that their head office in Dubai is very inefficient and are not processing requests in time. In the end I understood that it was Shreeram who was deceiving us all along and swindled the remaining advance. Towards the end, I had to let go of it to have some peace. But that’s not worst part. The painful thing was since I lived outside country, I found their customer handling to be very poor. Since my family is also based out of Tamil Nadu, it become very difficult for us to follow up with them on the refund. They didn’t pick your calls for weeks and wouldn’t even response to our messages. At the very best we got replies that were very rude and aggressive. Maybe it was just me who had this unpleasant experience. But, I wouldn’t even hire them for free anymore. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOOSING THEM. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OF GOING WITH PLENTY OF OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS WHO ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK. YOU WEDDING MOMENTS ARE PRECIOUS AND DONT FILL THEM WITH REGRET.

After considering a few photography teams we decided to go with Eyebrow wedding as they had a wonderful collection of candid and traditional pictures within an affordable range. Sreeram who coordinated everything for us was always reachable for all our requirements. He made the entire process very smooth. Eyebrow weddings have been really understanding from when I approached them for a quote for our wedding. From when arranging photographer for our pre wedding shoot in dubai to all the wedding and engagement functions during a busy pre-covid period and when there were big weddings happening on everyday during the December Jan 2020 holiday season, Vishnu and the entire team has been fantastic in making sure all our wedding moments were captured beautifully. We did miss out on a few wedding snaps on me and my wife after the wedding but that is soley on our wedding being done close to reception time in the evening and we all know how the crowd can be for Indian weddings. We hired eyebrow weddings for our wedding and it was really not a great experience. We were constantly calling and following up with them for our videos and album and when it finally got delivered after waiting for more than 5 months after wedding and charging us extra for the pages , pages were torn in the album and some photos looked poorly edited in the album. The video was also poor quality. They could have done a better job .

The Eyebrow weddings is worst experience of all times... Even after way over one year of service they have not provided the service. Not only this they DELETED the video of one of the events and then tried to con me by saying that they never were going to give the video. It was only after i showed and sent then the screenshots of the conversation they accepted their mistake and apologized and then offered reluctantly the album service. When I accepted that they never delivered the album along with edited pics and the videography. They are fraud and they take the money and do not provide the service. The only time they respond is when i give warning to sue them and now I am finally suing them. I will request wedmegood to take off this fraudulent company off from their app. I got reference from this app and now I can never have the moments or the money that i trusted them with. @wedmegood please look into this fraud company. If you guys want I send the complete transcript of WhatsApp chats because the screen shots will not justise.

I would have given a 0 to the team for eyebrow weddings They are very unprofessional in their terms and client management, Emilin and Arun with whom i had kept contact with have zero knowledge on client satisfaction, Before agreeing to their terms , they will always ask for their payments on time , But when it comes to deliverables they never keep their promises My engagement was on November 7 2020 , I had received the edited photos only on Late Jan , that too all the pics were poorly edited. To everyone who wants to choose Eyebrow Weddings to cover their special day, don't. Chances are you will never see your photos or get the things they promised, like the albums, highlight videos. Extremely unprofessional service by the team. I submitted my photo choices for my engagement album on February 5th. Today is March 21st and I have received nothing. Not even a draft, message or email explaining the status and delay. Moreover they also mentioned complimentary gifts. If they can't deliver a photo album, I wonder how they are going to get these "gifts" ready. I messaged the team, called them, emailed them. Still nothing at all.

Choosing Eyebrow weddings to craft the memories of my wedding, trust me was one of the best decisions I made. A dynamic, professional and extremely talented and passionate team of photographers who can churn out the best looking photographs with minimal intervention with the ceremonies of the day. I had hired them for the entire wedding spree starting right up from the engagement day. The photographers were very easy going at the same freezing the best of moments. We had an initial dissatisfaction regarding the color grading of the engagement photos, which was immediately rectified and replaced with the best looking images by Mr.Abhiram who is one of the founders of this company. Trust me this guy is a sheer genius be it photography or color grading. We had confusions regarding the wedding date which was initially on April, due to the C19 pandemic, Eyebrow weddings made sure the smooth transition of work to the new date in July, without compromising a bit in quality putting across the best people to work for the day. It took a little while to get the highlights video, but trust me it was so worth the wait. They made sure my wait was fruitful by having one of the best editors in town working on it. Another thing which I cant miss highlighting is the quality of the wedding album they delivered. I haven’t come across one like this before, trust me I was awestruck. Mr. Vishnu heading the production was always on top of everything and made sure all the deliverables came out on time. I would also happily mention Amal, Ajith and Unni who are a league apart when it comes to photography/cinematography... WORST WORST WORST. They are such an irresponsible team. they never pick our calls. All they want is some photos for their social media. WHEN WE POINTED OUT THAT A LOT OF THINGS WERE MISSING FROM ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS THE DIRECTOR OR MANAGER WHO OWNS THE COMPANY NAMED EMLIN SAID TO ME "WE WILL CAPTURE ONLY WHAT WE LIKE else YOU COULD HAVE GONE FOR A LOCAL TEAM". How DARE THEY??? We are paying such high amounts and how dare they say they will only capture what they like. We found that they were even sending local photographers for our events and the quality of video and edits were extremely poor which was also called out but they ignored it because before they deliver the album and videos they made us pay the full amount. The drone that they charged at a high cost, up to 9 hours said in agreement and they did not deliver any good shorts from the drone. Now that the money is fully paid they don't pick our calls. I will never make this mistake of choosing them for anything ever.

The biggest and the most regretful decision my family ever made is choosing them.. such a head ache.. the are such irresponsible. They initially give us a PDF of our package which is the biggest trap for the clients. They charge very high and say they are professional wedding company but they send local photographers for our functions even after we paying them such high cash. They missed alottt of things when they send us the photos and we had to ask them we din get this and these.. OMG. And they are money eaters.. just money money money. Sincerity is what they have not heard about yet in their lives is what I'm very sure. My whole family is angry at them.. they charged such high rates on drone and said the drone will work upto 9 hours but when we checked the delivered full function videos they just used drone for 30s that too was very poor view in hall. To all my friends who wish to have a peaceful enjoying memorable wedding PLEASE DONOT FALL FOR THESE MONEY EATERS who charge such high rates and send local photographers to CHEAT THE CLIENTS and work with some local team to edit and deliver the products. They demanded full cash before us reviewing or seeing the album or videos. What we had seen is just 5min highlights video with engagement, haldi, mehandi night, and wedding.

Worst choice I ever made. U won't believe that I haven't received the album or the draft when it's almost 2 years since the event.. I must also mention that they showed up late for both my functions and wasn't even satisfied with the photos in the first place.. however I expected them to maintain some decency at least in delivering the album..but no..I have been treated with so much hostility and was ignored for a lot more than a year inspite of constant efforts to reach out to them. We had our wedding back in February just before the pandemic but we had started the planning stages a year ago. After a lot of research into wedding photographers in Kochi we decided on using Eyebrow Weddings. From the very start of the quote to the end of the Albums, they have been exceptional. We couldn't of been happier with not only the process but also the end results with the videos and photos. As we had a destination wedding, myself and my husband were a bit cautious as didn't know how well we could communicate being on the other side of the world. But this was all put to rest and we couldn't of asked for a better team. They were very attentive and always made time for us baring in mind the time differences. They gave us amazing ideas and always made us feel comfortable. Because of this we both decided to "Go with the Flow" and trust the team with whatever suggestions they gave to us on each of the days. E.g. how to position ourselves, how to move,what to do etc. It was the best choice and they definitely know what they are doing. They truly are great at their jobs. As a quite reserved and shy person, i was very nervous being in front of the camera. But the team made me feel so comfortable and always made me laugh which really did help even though English is my first language and not theirs. The Videos and photo Albums look so amazing and we have only received compliments from everyone that has seen it. The quality of both have been amazing and of such high standards. Our Experience with Eyebrow Weddings is amazing with respect to photography output that we received . We would say Lack of communication and coordination with client is their major drawback.When we followed up with few people from their team ,they had ignored our calls and did not even keep courtesy to call us back most of the times .Our honeymoon tickets were part of the package and we were bit upset due to lack of communication which led to some confusion and stress during our travel . We were happy when Vishnu from Eyebrow Weddings started co-ordinating with us as he has always called us back if we call him or if he cannot answer our call at first place .If we talk about photography , we really loved all our photos and we can definitely say that all our moments are captured amazingly.Photographers who attended my wedding eve Shyam and team were the best among all . We are truly happy with our wedding highlight video and thanks to all Photographers and Editors for their efforts . Worst client servicing.Its been 3 months since my marriage and still I haven't received my promo video or anything.And the annoying part is that they won't respond to client calls most of the time.

I came across them on the WMG and when i saw their pics on the app and on insta i decided to hire them as the pictures looked so good but there was a huge language barrier as they were from kerela. The team could speak a little english and hindi for them was a huge no no. Only the main guy was comfortable with english but it was so difficult for us to catch a hold of him. But oictures wise they did an amazing amazing job. The pictures are just tooo beautiful.
