Honestly, mera experience itna acha tha ki words kam pad jaate hain. Main apne wedding makeup ko lekar already bahut scared thi because meri engagement ka makeup bilkul acha nahi hua tha, so I was really nervous this time. But Farha ne literally meri saari tension khatam kar di. She understood exactly what I had in mind without me even explaining too much. Most important hygiene on point thi. Everything was so clean and organized, which gave me a lot of comfort. And the way she did my makeup, it felt like me, She doesn’t just do makeup, she actually understands my face and my vibe. Totally worth it. I can confidently say I made the right choice trusting @facestories_by_farhanadwi Hands down, she is the best in town. If you want something minimal, natural, and still classy glam, you should definitely trust her. Botched Bridal Makeover: A Reception Nightmare I'd booked Farah for my reception make up. She had to travel to ramgarh - charged me an hefty sum for 4 total make ups bride, groom and two party make ups. It was a horrible experience overall. Here's why: She came in 1.5 hrs late. Despite informing her that there is a space crunch and she might have to adjust before hand - she kept on complaining about it. Plus there was a planned power outage (happens everyday) she was aware but still came in late. Making me (the bride) and groom late for our own event. Her hair artist did a absolutely terrible job - they did not listen when I kept on telling what hair style I wanted and instead did whatever they thought was "the trend". My hair kept falling on my face I was irritated and till the last moment told them to help me fix this - they did nothing and made faces when I was stating my discomfort. My hair extensions came off on stage in the middle of the function - absolutely devastating. My saree (pure kanjivaram, light weight) opened on stage my pleats were not done properly which I had pointed out to them way ahead they again did nothing. My lipstick was smudged since it was not applied correctly and she didn't bother to rectify it. My make up was coming off in patches within an hour. When I brought all of this to her attention the following day she blamed me and kept pinning the issue on me as if I was the problem. And instead of apologising for ruining my day she said she works with the best hair artists and has best products etc. But if the customer is not happy and your work does not deliver maybe you are not that great. Oh and she tried to cancel my appointment which was booked 2 months in advance saying she had taken a booking in Delhi that paid more and she'd have to travel and it would be expensive 10 days before my event. That is highly unprofessional.

She was really good with her work. Made my special day great with her absolutely stunning work. Loved her work aswell as her attitude
