From the moment we started working with her, it was clear that she was not only professional but also deeply passionate about making our special day perfect. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly, from coordinating transportation for our guests to managing the WhatsApp group with all the important details. The wedding itself was a dream come true. Our guests were also incredibly impressed with her work and the seamless experience they had. We had a terrible experience with Fergie. She comes off as extremely cordial and sweet to begin but conveniently ruins wedding experience right at the end moment. She was very careless about most of the decor- elements required to book in advance were not booked until last day and she increased prices for the same blaming it on the vendors. She lost out on elements that we’d paid for in the final decor. She was extremely disorganised - what we require from her that is event management- is not at all done well by her team. The only thing she did remotely all right was the decor. I had to have people from family manage her team and it was a total chaos. She gave us the updated excel sheet with costs not until the 11:30 pm when next day mornjng 6 am was the wedding, and threatened us to dismantle decor if we didn’t make payment right before pheras. She couldn’t even wait for a few hours post the wedding. For me- my wedding which was a once in a lifetime event was a complete and utter chaos due to her and I would never wish that upon anyone else. I would say a complete ‘No’ to anyone even remotely considering Fergie

After the stellar job that Fergie and her team did for our wedding, I will always be one of her loudest cheerleaders! She and her amazing team pulled out all stops when helping us plan the wedding of our dreams. She’s just so good at what she does, so attentive to details, extremely helpful when it came to optimising costs. We had to only call or drop her a text and it was as good as considered done! We went into this as a business and client relationship but at the end of it all, she truly feels like family!

We hired Fergie as an event planner for our small wedding at the end of February in Prainha resort. Positives - Excellent decorator Hired good artists- dj,mehendi & mixologist. The negatives though pave over any good interaction we had. Fergie consistently forgot to book services we had confirmed months in advance - then asked for more money because of last minute price changes. We wanted a neon sign for our hashtag - she didn't place the order until 1 week prior to the wedding so it wasn't ready for our first event. More on this later. Fergie was not organized during the wedding. Forgot multiple key elements like fans and flowers. We ran short of milni garlands for the baraat. The mandap decor was excellent but furniture was placed badly. The bride, groom and pandit were shifting furniture in front of everyone because fergies team was too busy chatting in the corner. Don't even bother with hiring the assitants she offers. They disappear and don't follow instructions. She has no backup plans in case anything goes wrong. She will blame the resort for all issues and just shrug her shoulders. Motorcycle for baraat broke down, we had to push it - she provided zero help or alternatives. Biggest problem - on day of wedding she forgot to collect the final installment of payment before the ceremony began, then started threatening to shut down the wedding and pack up. While we were doing vidai, she expected people to rush and deliver her cash. Her partner dj even shut down the music. At the last minute she started demanding more money than agreed upon even though several services and items were not delivered. We quietly paused our ceremony to hand deliver her cash in front of all guests on the lawn. She wouldn't even meet us at the rooms. No other vendors or artists behaved in this poor manner. The neon sign we got made finally arrived. We gave specific instructions not to pack it up as we had purchased it and were going to take it home as a souvenir. Her team quietly packed it up . next day started demanding more money otherwise they wouldn't return it. They even asked us to pay additional money for courier! Her tone started off as sweet but quickly turned towards regionalist slurs and racist comments. I advise caution when hiring Fergie. Provides gorgeous decor, that's it. You will need to plan and handle everything else otherwise it will be messed up. E.g. she had no idea how to source uncle chipps and Oreos for our snack bags. For a wedding in panaji! Not some rural resort.

Dear Fergie @weddingsbyfergie Thank you isn't enough for what you have delivered, I still remember our hour long conversations on call and on zoom, where we both envisioned every small detail and put it together piece by piece, from flowers to color palette.. Not in a million years could I have imagined that you would create that vision into such a beautiful Goan dream.. We were planning a destination wedding in Goa and we were expecting the entire process to be quite stressful since we had to do a lot of the coordination from a different city. We hired Fergie and her team to be our wedding planners and from day one she ensured that it was a smooth, stress free and fun process in putting the wedding together. From the very first meeting she made us feel like she had everything under control. She gave us a very clear picture of what she could do for us. She was very accommodating and said yes to literally all of the ideas we threw at her. We met her in person just once before the wedding and the rest of the communication was done via phone and email. She was very prompt in her communication with us and we did not feel limited by the distance. On the day of the wedding her team was very punctual and put together everything with the exact detail we discussed. They even squeezed in some last minute requests to ensure everything was as perfect as we imagined. She is extremely well organised and and what made the experience even better was every conversation with her was like speaking to a close friend who was as concerned with every detail as we were. We were able to just sit back and watch out dream wedding unfold. Fergie and her team are simply A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Words cannot do justice to how invaluable she has been to Demetrius and I throughout the process of planning this wedding. From the moment we met Fergie, 10 months before our wedding, she instantly transformed our worries and panic to excitement and joy for our big days. From helping us find the right property to host our wedding, to making phone calls for us, to keeping our budget in check and to making sure nothing was left for the last minute - Fergie's organizational skills are commendable. My husband and I are based out of Mumbai and didn't ever feel the distance or the need to be there on-ground as Fergie managed everything for us in Goa. From speaking with the chair vendors to the florist to the Church and to the management at the resort, she made an otherwise rigorous process, calm and enjoyable. We coordinated every single detail over the phone, our conversations would sometimes run into 5 to 6 hours because that's how detail-oriented Fergie is. She took all my inputs/ideas, added her beautiful creativity on top and gave us an amazing wedding. My biggest relief - I did not have to make even a single phone call to Fergie during the two days of our wedding. She was on-ground with us the entire time making sure everything is in place and almost everyone who came for the wedding mentioned how beautiful our decor is. Major props to her for not only making it beautiful, but also accommodating our request and making it environment friendly and sustainable. Fergie is a thorough professional and ridiculously organised. She is also extremely genuine, caring and one of the loveliest souls you could meet. Her presence and her constant smiling face made EVERY difference to me before and during the wedding. We chose Fergie on the basis of her work done for a friend's wedding in Goa. I am someone who always had a clear idea of what I wanted and also having had a bit of events experience myself and my nature to remain in control I chose to coordinate with most of my vendors on my own. However there were areas where I completely relied on vendors Fergie suggested and they have done a brilliant job too. Fergie has always been responsive on WhatsApp n we spoke a few times too n met twice before the wedding. We were extremely pleased with the outcome of the decor at our church and reception, the wedding car, the lighting, all floral arrangements and the ambience created. All of our ideas were executed way better and beyond our imagination. She was happy to help us with our church documents too. Fergie is well experienced and very organized which made everything so much easier. Happy to have chosen you!!

My husband and I live abroad, so planning a wedding in Goa was not an easy feat. Thankfully I was introduced to Fergie, who is an absolute ROCKSTAR! I ran her through all my plans and ideas, and she realistically told me what was possible within my budget and the Goan beach weather! This was extremely crucial in planning our wedding decorations and day. Closer to the wedding, I panicked a bit thinking I'd forgotten a few details. But all I had to do was call Fergie, and her calmness made everything ok! I had difficulty in communicating with the decorator before we worked with Fergie. But once she took up the task, our decorations looked just like the pictures!! On the wedding day, my family only handed over some items to Fergie, and no one was disturbed for the rest of the day. From the church to the decorations and car, she ensured everything went as smooth as possible and let me and our families enjoy our special day. If I have another wedding, I know who to call ;)

Hi !! Me and my husband are based out of delhi and now settled in Pune. With no location in mind and tight budget we were still very keen on having a sunset wedding in Goa. We wanted it to be more like a 3 day long vacation with close friends and family rather than a stressful and hectic affair. When we met Fergie we had no clue how the wedding will happen or where but she made us feel very comfortable and gave us lot of confidence. She suggested us to visit Prainha beach resort and thank god we did because it was truly love at 1st sight. The place is mesmerising and the hospitality of the staff is just commendable. After pinning down the location we had to now start with the actual wedding planning. With hectic working hours we knew it was going to be difficult for us to travel to goa often so we were curious how the coordination will happen but to our surprise Fergie made it all so simple. Communicating with her was one of the easiest task. She always actively responded to our mails with suggestions and alternatives where ever we had budget crunch. I remember there were few items which I asked her to add and she said its difficult to arrange in Goa but she will try and she left no stone unturned to arrange it. She not only tried but she made it happen. Fergie like an elder sister gave her 200% and went extra mile to give a wedding which not only I had thought of but even better dan what I would have imagined. And icing on the cake was when our guests came to us and said “Its like a fairy tale wedding we have never experienced before!” The entire journey from planning till the wedding day was an unforgetfull experience. There are so many days that are to be cherished in everyone's life and for most of them, their wedding is one of among the priority. I initially had a lot of issues finding a Wedding Planner who I can depend entirely on and just not worry about anything else, since I reside out of India. I came across Fergie and it didn't take me and my fiancé (now my beloved wife) to trust her completely. We didn't even meet her until weeks before the wedding when we actually started planning months in advance. Fergie is really patient and makes sure you get the most of what you planned and imagine your wedding to be. We didn't have to look around for anything further. Fergie had all the required contacts we needed to complete the rest of the plan. She's a complete package. She didn't seem to ever get frustrated by our constant calls, especially even though we had time difference issues. So she's the one you need to get in touch with incase you are out of India and planning a wedding from overseas. She will make sure every minute you speak is totally worth the time. We got married on 21 May 2017 and we had a crowd of 800+, probably more. Fergie was good enough to manage the entire set and her coordination is never to be doubted at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone to get in touch with Fergie if you won't respect what she does just like the previous comment I read above, Andrenna: you really need to sort out everything before you write a cold meaningless review. But, I would definitely recommend the rest of the ones who are planning for their big day. You will not just treasure the wedding day but all the plans you made with the most amazing wedding designer - Fergie. Even to this day, we do and always will talk about those few weeks before wedding and how she managed to get everything done. You are awesome! :)

We met Fergie tense and worried - it was a last minute plan (we had 3 weeks to get our act together) to get married and that too, in Goa, at peak season. Her calmness, professionalism and clarity gave us so much confidence that we went away from that first meeting feeling like we had stumbled on a jewel! She was as good as her word. All the little details were followed up on phone and via WhatsApp - we did not live in Goa and would only be back for the Wedding. Every single deadline was met. On D-Day, the beauty and simplicity of our decor (as desired by us) and the delicious, perfectly decorated cake exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Fergie and your team.
