Festival Cards

Very disappointing service experience. The owner was rude and unprofessional. Every time we asked for a small change, he asked for more money. We paid 60,000 but very little work was actually completed. We even had to beg for chairs that were part of the job. He promised the job would be finished in 4 days, but it has been 21 days and the work is still not completed. He rarely responds to phone calls or emails. In fact, he told us we must call him to inform him that we sent a message or email, otherwise he will not respond. This has been a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this business.

Our experience with Festival Cards was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We placed an order for invitation cards with a tight timeline and paid 50% upfront as requested. Later, we paid the remaining 50% in good faith with the understanding that the full order would be completed and delivered as promised. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Throughout the process, communication was very poor and disorganized. We had to repeatedly follow up over the course of nearly three weeks just to receive updates. Despite multiple assurances, the order was delayed and ultimately only partially delivered. In addition, we were asked to pay extra money for changes that were simply handwritten rather than professionally completed as expected. Considering the high prices charged, the lack of professionalism, missed timelines, and incomplete delivery were unacceptable. The experience created unnecessary stress during an already time-sensitive event planning process. For anyone considering using this business, I strongly recommend getting all agreements, timelines, and deliverables clearly documented in writing. It is also advisable not to pay the full amount until the entire order has been completed and delivered. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Festival Cards. The service did not meet basic expectations for reliability, communication, or professionalism.
