Amateur, unprofessional and bang average photos, like seriously most of the photos and video shots my 4 year old nephew could have taken. Book them if you want ruin your wedding experience!! Didn’t turn up to a couple of events or late, asked for the payment straight after the wedding so we were expecting a fairly soon delivery. NOPE! After months of pestering Mr Nitin Patel, he lied to me continuously saying the photos and video are being developed, editing in process blah blah blah, I had to literally think of taking legal action because I had paid them when they asked for the payment but didn’t even get my wedding trailer for a year after! My partner and I had been waiting for our wedding for 15 years, they managed ruin the memory of the most magical day of our lives. After pestering them for nearly a year they finally delivered some wedding videos and my trailer, safe to say they just patched the raw videos together with no editing effort (that to thanks to the other partner business partner). I would rate them - if I could.

A fraud individual. He took advance payment for my wedding photography which happened on 11th June at Radiant Gorakhpur. He is such a pathetic human being. He missed half of the event shots. Didnt shoot full family pictures. Covered half baked events. Moreover, he didn't give our wedding teaser video which he was paid for. We asked him to send formal proposal to us multiple times but this fraud didn't give us and claimed that he has worked for our connects also in the past. We didn't verify his claim and hence suffered.

Every single image was stunningly beautiful, and we were blown away by how Nitin and team was able to capture the joy and emotion of our special day. We have received so many compliments from family and friends on the photos, and we will cherish them for a lifetime. Their communication could use a little work but apart from that they are good at their work.

They do not have a physical studio, and are very unprofessional. Just 10 days before the engagement, informed us that they won't be able to shoot the event. When asked to confirm and return the token amount, they kept us hanging for another 4-5 days. Meanwhile we could not hire any other photographers, due to non-confirmation. The Studio ignored all our texts and calls, where just a single text from the Studio's side would have sufficed. During all this, due to the lack of a Physical Studio, we could do nothing, but writhe in pain. Although I cannot vouch for the quality of their work , but I can definitely vouch for the lack of professionalism, and communication skills. Go with them, if you desire a good heartburn. P.S : Giving them half a star for atleast owning a cellphone.
