Horrible experience.i said i need return bcz the product was tooo heavy, they said no. I asked for resizing, they charging extra 4k. The product price was 18k and it was for my wedding. They didnt had any concerns. This is not how premium brand behaves. Just cheap behaviour. No value for customers

I wish I could give 0 rating I had a worst experience shopping with sneha rateria fine jewelry. I purchased silver jewelry worth 10,5000, but what I received looks like cheap street jewelry-in fact, street jewelry looks better in comparison. They claim its "fine jewelry", but the finishing is terrible. The piece had dark brown/black spots and they call it silver with 18k gold finish. The pearls are of very poor quality, stiff, glued and full of visible glue marks. On earrings, places that should have had gold plating were left in silver (even though they call it ganga jamuna finish, the execution is sloppy) The overall finishing is extremely poor. when I questioned them about the quality, they blame customs and shipping-which clearly isn't true/ I don't believe custom guys would change their fine jewelry finishing and pearl finishing and send me package Even the packaging was unacceptable for something this expensive. Small items were wrapped in napkin paper, put into bubble wrap and placed in a pouch. No proper jewelry box, no safe protection--nothing. For jewelry worth this much at the very least, they could have used a simple plastic box on top of bubble wrap. I honestly feel cheated. I lost my money and my trust. What they sell is not fine jewelry at all and I strongly regret my purchasing with Sneha Rateria I wish I could upload more photos, but it allows me to just upload 5 pics max

This is my second order with Sneha Rateria and a total waste of money.The first order took 3 months for delivery and the value was for 28000.the polish was also not soo good had shared that to her, she told me to send it back again for polishing but the postal charges itself was 400 so i got it polished in my area itself.SO NOT WORTH THE MONEY. she was sending pics of her collection in my whatsapp no sometime and i thought lets try ones again. she promised delivery in 3 weeks and the payment was made on 7th may and got delivery on 28 june. So almost 2 months for the order and whats worst is the the earrings i ordered was kundan and the final product had meena work which can be puchases for 500-1000in the market. SHE CHARGED 14000 rs for this. attaching pics of the item ordered and what i received. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Please guys don't get cheated. I'm sharing my own experience. She shares beautiful images through social media takes orders. She mesmerizes you with those images and videos. It will be too late by the time one realizes it's a trap. BE AWARE , CAUTION. BUY FROM SNEHA RATERIA AT YOUR OWN RISK. She is very sweet, respectful all lovely words used, positive, confident , talks so beautifully to earn your trust. Later her true colour are out ... But I guess it's too late for me to realise. So I am warning all customers to be aware and request not to buy. I posted in her Facebook page with pictures and evidence as a proof of her compromised work and how she cheated me. But she deletes the reviews and blocks. Truth pains .... She took the first order from me by promising to make a beautiful set from a video she shared. I paid the money.. fully and no invoice is given till date. The piece was delivered after a month, it was no where close to what she promised to make. It was a different piece, with no precision, no details. Even a piece picked up from road sides will have better precision, I guess!! Instinctly I felt, but I was not wanting to be rude to her explained patiently and she assured me that she will rework on it and make the same one. Excuse given, the karighar who made the first piece or t left and so some one else messed up. She sounded so convincing and lovely that you forgive and trust... her for her confidence and her promise. Secondly she takes a customised order, of a set of necklace, jumkas and bangle. I shared so many images and we shortlisted one from it... She took advance of 35000,NOTE the numbers. Piece is done after a month, images are shared..they look stunning !!! Suggestions given to change the polish to antique, she agrees gets it done. Shares images... I appreciate and the pieces are sent. Now rest of the payment has to be done she gives me an invoice with cropped restricted image and says you have paid only 25500 pay the rest ... I a fool trusting her paid what she asked for.. trusted her so much and her word. Later as I get the pieces, I see stones are missing in the jumkas , the necklace white stones are black in colour. How can a jeweller deliver such pieces, they I guess should have an eye for minute details. I sent her pictures ... Later I still discuss with her without being angry, how to rectify it and suggestions.. She says sorry and you feel sympathetic by the way she talks. Later I looked at the image she sent to me before delivering and realised how intentionally she had taken a photo to cover the blakish colour on the necklace and the missing stones. To my discovery , finally realised she was taking me for a ride and still I could not convince myself that she was cheating, Sneha RATERIA . I told my family and they were upset with me and I pleaded her to give my money. She agreed to cancel. Then the devil in her started working again that she changed her word, I said I will only exchange and not cancel. Then I was now convinced she is a tricky person, a cheat and a person who can never keep promises. All her sweety talks are to trap you. I checked my bank statements and accounts to realise she has cheated me with money also , by taking 10000 extra money... I was upset and furious for this betraying trust of a customer. I wrote the truth with evidence on Facebook she deletes and blocks and sends abusive, messages on wattsapp and curses you... and says do what you want , I will not return your money and threatens by saying I will send all the defective products as it is... Do What you want and dream on about getting your money!!! Guys I out of good will and prayers suggest you should never trust Sneha Rateria... Please spread the word as much as possible. So no one gets cheated like me
