I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The slippers are very expensive, and I expected much better quality from a brand that claims to offer top-notch products. Unfortunately, after wearing them just once, the paint has already started to come off, which is completely unacceptable at this price point. The quality does not match the brand’s reputation at all. This was my first purchase from this brand, and sadly, it will also be my last. I truly expected better durability and finishing for the amount paid. Very disappointed.

Fizzy goblet is such a scam. I live in Turkey. I bought a pair of slippers from fizzy goblet worth $70 but according to the latest customs tax regulations, if the limit is over $30, it goes to import customs and costs a lot. So I had to return it. But fizzy goblet didn't accept this. They didn't even accept the return package ship again. I never had this package. I lost my money. I never had the slippers nor money. Such a huge scam shop.

Hi Fizzy team, I bought a Fizzy Goblet sandal from a store in Bangalore about a week ago. This was my first purchase. I wanted to mention, that while your footwear may look good and also priced very high, it is not at all worth it. The footwear is extremely heavy and uncomfortable. Forget about walking one cannot even wear it and stand for 3-4 minutes at a stretch. Very disappointing product and would not recommend anyone to buy. I will surely caution ladies before they spend their hard earned money on your products.

They have the worst service and not at all helpful.

Pathetic experience . I am following up for my refund of Rs 3290/and facing lot of issues with their Orion mall store in Bangalore. Even after submitting my bank statement these people are refusing the transaction which had happened due to the negligence of their staff and coming with new excuses. Extremely disappointed! Filing a complaint against them soon.
