They made our dream come true amidst all the challenges and restrictions during COVID. It didn’t really feel like they were our event planners, they took care of the event as if it was their own. They were able to accommodate last minute changes extremely gracefully and I can’t commend enough. Ninad and Pritesh not only did put up with my stubbornness, they played along with it 😜 they are going to be our planners for all the events going forward. Highly recommend!

We chose Flinters Management for our wedding decor and we couldn't have made a better choice!! The entire team is just OUTSTANDING and goes above and beyond in ensuring they create timeless memories of your special day that are etched in everyone's hearts forever!! A huge shout out to Ninad who is an excellent event manager and was there with us unfailingly every step of the way, right from the time of conceptualization of the decor to conclusion of our event (deciding the color themes, type of flowers, kind of decor). He explained with patience all the options available and and also offered customizable designs/solutions we wanted. The entire team is extremely professional, courteous and polite and delivers impeccably on what they promise. They even went late night a day before our early morning wedding to ensure they decorations get completed in time and there are no last minute hassles, they even sent pictures of the decor after they were done to ensure there were no unpleasant surprises!! A very BIG THUMBS-UP and kudos to the entire team for flawless delivery and customer experience!! Highly recommended to anyone looking to turn their special day into a truly memorable one!!!!

We wanted an intimate wedding with pastel decor and Ninad absolutely nailed the brief. We met him just 10 day prior to the wedding and had just a couple of calls regarding our requirements but on the wedding day - everything from decor, planning to management was perfect. Not only did they execute our vision of our wedding perfectly and beautifully, they were with us through the entire process of a cancelled wedding (due to Covid) which was done later on a smaller scale. Ninad always made himself personally available for meetings and discussions, was always willing to listen, and most importantly, frequently went the extra mile just so we would be happy on our special days. Ninad and his team are updated with he latest trends in the market. Though we met twice before the wedding, he was able to arrange everything as per our needs. They were able to get us an extra area for our reception but talking to the hotel Management, Arranged beautiful gift boxes for our guests and ensured every event had a different and creative center piece. V smart and efficient wedding planners. Zero fuss and no extra or hidden charges.

For my wedding we got the recommendation of Flinters management from a known person...we started talking to him...we spoke about our requirements and discussed things over msgs and phone, but we needed a face behind that name,due to lockdown we couldn't meet in person, so we connected over a video call....once we met Mr.Ninad over the call...he understood our requirements and taste very fast. As I didn't have a job due to Covid... He was considerate about the fact, never pushed for things/items. Gave timely appreciable suggestions. After talking to him, we knew he is the person who should decorate our dream wedding...there wasn't any second thought. As situation improved we decided to visit the venue in person along with them to understand the decor... After our discussion, while leaving he said "it's a family function for me." I smiled and went. When finally the day came, through out the two days of event they were on their toes making sure everything goes smooth and kept me worry free. I could see my 'family' kept their word. Wonderful positive people, who ensure your day is as beautiful as one could dream of. They know their job the best. They did an aesthetic and beautiful work... In terms of colour combination, decoration, materials, lighting and comfort of everyone.
