Flyrobe, Rajouri Garden, Delhi , worst experience have not refunded my security deposit ammount its been over a month, dont pay the extra security ammount, infact iske aas paas hi Rajori mein 2 shops hai ; wo jyada sincere and better hai , u can check my invoice in my review

Really pathetic and bad behaved staff. I wanted to give my wedding outfits on rent for which I took my very heavy outfits to the store. I asked for staffs' help to get the stuff from car , they said you will have to do it yourself. I did the same. I then asked for water since the quality check manager was taking time to arrive but they said , they don't have water and same thing for the restroom( I have never seen an independent shop not having a washroom . I assume girls come here for renting outfits which can take quite some time and need to visit the lol..anyhow whatever ). He said your outfits are approved and you will receive the contract on mail. I spoke to customer care and they assured me the same as well. After multiple follow-ups , 4 days later I got a confirmation that my outfits are received and are under quality check ( which they already did once in the store ) and i will receive the contact . Then 2 days later they told me my outfits are expensive and delicate and cannot be rented out. Mind you ...I explicitly agreed that I am ok with renting out my outfits and agree that they may damaged . I am moving overseas and hence cannot take the outfits with me anyway. I went to the store disappointed to pick the outfits and the quality check manager then has the audacity to ask me to first confirm on mail and then only they will allow me to take my outfits. He literally snatched the outfit out of my hand. At this point I was done with them..I did overreact and shouted in the store and told them to f*** themselves as they can't expect me to instantly drop a mail when they themselves took 4 days to revert . I snatched my outfits and got out of there for good To all the brides out there. They are only accepting low quality outfits so that they can rent it over again and again. For good quality outfits they outrightly deny . Better go to other rental store than them . Overall very very sad and poor state of affairs

As an experienced reviewer, this is my first hand take on the store and everything that's wrong with it. There wasn't a lower rating available, else I'd have given it. Service Quality As a company bringing a new industry to life, the only differentiating factor can be service. And that foundational piece is not only missing here but there's no cognizance of it. There is no concept of customer regard or logic at the store. The service is pathetic at best and disrespectful at its worst. The credit goes to everyone from the store manager Ajay to customer care but especially the store manager who has no experience on how retail industry works or basic civic manners. During multiple visits to the store, I saw people (middle aged aunties no less) fighting with the store manager who was asking for extra money for late delivery even though they confirmed on phone that it's fine, showing no consideration for covid at all. One such incident is recorded. Collection Their collection is limited and apart from 5-10 pieces, it's sub-standard compared to others in the market. They are a sinking ship with no captain or oversight into operations. Store Experience during Covid The store has no one checking for temperature while entering nor any sanitization spray either. Be prepared for absolutely no pleasantries, bad air quality, no ventilation or air conditioning at all. With a mask you'll end up sweating in winters like it's summer. And to top it off, no one will even offer water. While there's delivery for online orders, it is absent if one makes the effort to go to the store with no sense or logic. The store even denied to take payment through cheque initially, which is a recognized form of payment. All in all, avoid this store at any cost that you can. We did end up buying from here, but the one directly opposite has much well behaved staff and owners, any day. In our particular case, we had to cancel a newly booked order due to covid in the family. The team showed no empathy towards that, instead were solely focused on how to extract as much money as possible. There was constant confusion between customer care and store team about what's available and what's not and a half an hour visit turned into a 3 hr harrowing experience. While there's delivery for online orders, it is absent if one makes the effort to go to the store with no sense or logic. The store even denied to take payment through cheque initially, which is a recognized form of payment. Efforts to reach out to the CEO, inform her of the situation and ask for a resolution also went in vain. She never got back to us with any help. All in all, avoid this place at any cost and buy/rent from elsewhere.

I rented sabyasachi lehenga from them for my big day. It a great boutique to shop from. They have amazing collections in all price range. Absolutely loved my outfits. It was well fitted and the details were beautiful. The staff were really attentive and effiecient. They showed me beautiful peices according to my budget. Highly recommended.

Do not make the mistake of trusting 5his vendor with your valuable outfits else you will just ne loosing your sleep like me. I provided my husband's sherwani to them as a curator. I have not received any rent nor is the company returning my sherwani, even after one year of rigorous follow ups.

THE HOTEL CONCIERGE TRIED MANY TIMES UNSUCCESSFULLY TO CONTACT FLYROBE AS WELL BUT NO LUCK! IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. IVE REQUESTED MY PAYMENT TO BE RETURNED AND 3 WEEKS LATER I'VE NOT RECIEVED A PENNY!! I PAID FOR A 4 DAY RENTAL DIRHAMS 1350... IT APPERAS TO BE A CON COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM YOU WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I rented my sangeet outfit from FLyrobe, they have the most pathetic service. 4 days before my event they called and said the dress that I had rented out 2months back is now soiled by the previous customer and they have to cancel my order. After a lot of arguements they agreed to give me another dress for a lesser price. Which they did , and teh fitting was fine too but they never gave me the surplus refund. I would urge all the brides to be very careful before selecting them. The frustration was absolutely unnecessarybefore a few days of my wedding.

My sister's husband got his wedding sherwani on rent from Flyrobe. It was very good and the fabric was of quality. The fitting was as expected as well. The pricing is on the high side so one should have a hefty budget befre going for them.
