We booked focal eye for our wedding, a year back and we still don’t have our wedding teaser and digital video. We got first cut after 3-4months of the wedding, we weren’t happy with it and suggested some changes to which they reverted saying they don’t have our raw footages with them anymore, we arranged the hard drive and sent them the raw footage’s but still nothing. Their client servicing is extremely poor, even on my wedding day they have only clicked 5 solo pictures of me (none of them resembling close to a bridal photo) despite me being ready way in advance. If you are a easy going and tend to trust the vendors kinda person would suggest avoiding them as they lack initiative and ownership.

We were actually thrilled to hire this particular vendor as they had a super catchy insta page. But to our surprise, we were most disappointed from them. Before I start giving my comments, I would just like to add that I feel that the negative comments that I’m gonna give are mainly because of the cultural differences. We had a Kerala Christian Wedding. So it doesn’t involve a lot of ceremonies like the other religion weddings. We were looking forward to getting some amazing clicks to keep safe as our memories. But what we actually experienced was that the team showed a lack of interest in capturing our images (maybe because they did not get enough content event wise or maybe because they found everything new and didn’t know what were the important moments to be captured) . After that also, we had compromised with this and paid the entire amount as per their MOU just after a month of the wedding before even getting the actual pictures (I mean the edited ones and the trailer and everything). But they took almost one year to deliver the edited pictures and videos and whenever asked they had a reason i.e. COVID to be blamed. But one year was not acceptable and especially when most of the images looked edited in one single lot. So I would not recommend them atleast for a Kerala Christian wedding. Otherwise, for Hindu lavish weddings I guess they are good.

Good work done by the team. We have experienced pre wedding which was good and looking forward for our wedding pictures work.

Beware, Today we received pictures after nearly an year of our marriage, before receiving the payment Tushar will be very polite, but after payment it would be a nightmare for you to get your work done, not just being not able to fulfil commitments, Tushar will be outrightly rude when you follow up. Highly unprofessional and a very bad experience. The harassment caused for getting photographs even after paying in full is a nightmare you will never forget about your marriage, better look elsewhere. We got tired of hearing excuses and outright lies about the work done. Would not recommend. Edit: Please read below reply and pray to God that it is not you who Tushar is abusing, there have been several others fooled like this. The politeness disappears once he gets the payment. Then he might ask you to go to court if you want your pictures.

Hire Focal eye team at your own risk!!! I hired Focal eye team for my wedding photography and it turned out to be a complete disaster. Everything on their Facebook and Instagram pages is deceptive. Tushar is very unprofessional, he lacks empathy and customer orientation.Once the payments were done he stopped picking my calls and didn't reply to WhatsApp messages. His voice tone also changed and he started being rude. Whenever asked for the edited pictures or the wedding teaser, he always used to redirect us to another team member who never used to pickup the call or ask for some more time or tell us that pictures and videos have been taken blurred. It's been a year since my wedding and the only thing I have is raw dump of my wedding pictures, traditional video and a very bad wedding teaser (completely disorganized and made out of traditional videos).I don't have edited pictures or the wedding album. I had to edit the pictures myself to upload on social media platforms. I wish, I would have hired somebody else. They completely ruined my wedding memories.
