My husband & I used Forever India for our main wedding day (wedding ceremony & reception). We had been liaising with their team for several months and thought they understood our requirements (they even shared images/presentations). However on the day, with had completely ruined both events for us. On the day of our wedding, none of our decor was complete when our guests arrived, so I had to frantically message them whilst getting ready to sort this (as you can imagine, this was highly stressful as a bride). They then didn’t deliver on what we agreed (shorter aisle, decor arrangements missing, sofas missing), and non of their team were visible/known to us on the day for our family members to reach out to - this meant the our entrance songs/doli songs were not played on time and our close family members had to take control of this. During the reception, again some of the agreed decor pieces were missing, they used a cheaper & uglier dance floor than agreed, and the DJ we had to book through them was missing for 40 mins of our main entrance, cake cutting and first dance. The sofa provided by them was very unstable, and the cushions had a hole in them. This was all very embarrassing for us, and really ruined our evening. I was able to share footage/evidence to prove this however they remain to be very defensive and do not take any ownership of their lack of delivery. I would honestly NOT recommend this company at all. I’ve worked with two other decor companies for other events we had, and their delivery & service was by far much better than Forever India. I have enclosed images of the list provided to Forever India for anyone for anyone that is considering them - noting they have completely denied responsibility for all of this.
