I had the most horrible experience buying my wedding lehenga at Frontier Raas, Karol Bagh. I live in the US and travelled to India for my wedding and shopping. I bought my wedding lehenga here and paid full amount. They took all measurements and assured flawless fit. When I tried on the lehenga (travelled 2 hours from Gurgaon only for this), the blouse was poorly made and ill fitting. I requested them to re-do the fitting and they agreed that the blouse could not be worn. They requested me to come back in 2 days. I again travelled 4+ hours (2 hour each way) to try out the blouse. The blouse was still very poor in fit. I asked them to adjust when they blatantly refused. Then, I asked them to provide me unstitched cloth that I could get done at my end. They also rudely refused this (the store manager was extremely rude). I could not control my horrors and burst out crying to great embarrassment in front of my in-laws. I, however, refused to leave the store and called a central customer care. after multiple calls, they sent a lady to inspect the fitting of the blouse. The lady agreed that the blouse was very poorly made, but said it was against policy to give out unstitched cloth. I had to hold my emotions and decided to not leave until they call the owner. After spending more than 4 hours at the store, they finally agreed to give me an unstitched blouse piece. With only 3 days remaining for the wedding, I begged tailors outside to stitch my blouse. One kind lady agreed and created my blouse which I wore on my wedding day. I was totally shaken by this experience and would advise anyone to not pay the full price if possible. Once paid, they absolve themselves of all responsibility. With multiple showrooms, the behavior was very disgraceful.

I have been following up with their staff for past two weeks for a 80K bucks lehenga, and daily they have a new excuse for not delivering the product on time. Please deal with your customer with the same generosity you show at the time of selling the product

I went in the sale season and found very beautiful wedding lehngas under 60k (during sale the prices are very competitive) the staff is very helpful and courteous, will suggest all the brides to be to definitely pay a visit here even if you don't plan to buy from here it is still worth visiting once
