I usually don’t write long reviews, but this experience needs to be shared so others don’t go through the same stress. I booked GK Vale for my wedding photography (Feb events) and paid full on 8th February. At the time of booking, I was clearly promised that all deliverables — edited videos, around photos, and albums — would be completed within 10–12 days. Unfortunately, the reality has been completely different. Even after months, the work is still incomplete, and the entire process has required constant follow-ups from my side. Some of the key issues I faced: - I had to visit their office multiple times just to collect my own raw data. Initially, I was even given an empty hard drive, which shows the level of carelessness in handling such important memories. - I selected photos a long time ago, but the edited photos are still pending. - The candid video was shared only after repeated follow-ups. While the quality was okay, the delay and effort required to get it done were unnecessary. - The biggest concern has been the traditional video. I was told it would be re-edited within 20 days, but when I followed up after that period, no actual work had been done. Instead, I was asked to sit with the editor and give inputs, which clearly indicated that those 20 days were not utilized at all. - Throughout the process, I felt like I had to manage everything myself — from follow-ups to creative direction — which should ideally be handled by professionals. The most disappointing part is that once full payment was made, the sense of urgency and accountability from their side reduced significantly. For something as important as wedding memories, this kind of experience is very frustrating. I am now in the process of taking this up formally through consumer channels, as there has been no proper resolution despite giving enough time and multiple opportunities. Sharing this here so others can make an informed decision. I genuinely hope they improve their process and take customer commitments more seriously.

GK vale did a fantastic job with my brother’s wedding, every event was assigned to a bunch of extremely experienced photographers and we were explained properly who all would cover our event, prior to every event, they asked us who had to be covered with more importance, the photographers were patient and calm and covered all our events extremely well, we received the pictures very quickly and the albums as well! Good communication throughout , a whole team consisting of Mr.Madhav, Mr.Santhosh,Mr.Shankar, Mr. Aadhvan, Mr.Anush & Mr.Shreyash! They exceeded all our expectations, really thankful to the whole team of GK Vale, they showed us how a professional coverage team works. OG for a reason.
