My experience with gazal gupta was so miserable. I bought 3 dresses from shahpur jat gazal gupta store worth around 2 lacs. And the fitting for my mothers outfit is so bad and we again sent the dress for alteration but they ruined the fitting overall. After spending so much on designer dress we just expect a good fit. My function date arrived and i could send again do my mother had to do some alterations nearby and wear it some how. My experience was very very bad.

Highly unprofessional attitude of the staff. An order was placed after being confirmed about the delivery date of the dress but after the payment was made firstly the staff stopped responding to my texts and thereafter they dispatched it so late that i couldnt get the dress on the expected date and also the staff lied to me that they had dispatched it as promised.I repeatedly told them i needed it before the 20th since i am leaving the country on 20th and would place an order only if they can deliver it on time but still they didnt have the courtesy to atleast inform me about the correct dispatched date. So disappointing this has been ! Dont recommended them atleast if you are shopping online . They arent bothered after the payment is made .

I was happy to be buying one of her creations for my sangeet but i made a mistake! the blouse of my lehenga was embroidered wrong and when i asked for a new one it was told it will take another 5 days or else its just fine to change the style of blouse. On the face of it the store people seemed sorted but later made the experience quite bad. attaching pictures of the blouse how it ought to be made with zipper from my tailor to how gazal guptas whatever karigar gave it to me no spacing for zipper between the flowers. They lost a customer!

I was looking for my wedding outfit to complement my personality and something that gives me a royal look instead of regular patterns which were available everywhere in Delhi. Then I happened to visit Gazal Gupta store at Shahpur Jat and there I loved something I was sure about wearing on my D-day. The best part about Gazal is that she can customise the way you want (read: out of her designs). I picked the design of one lehnga, blouse of another, dupatta of another and second dupatta of another lehnga. Moreover, the latkans were also customised the way I wanted. When I went for my first trial, I fell in love with the outcome. Just the way I wanted it to be. She has got amazing collection of bridal and pre-wedding outfits. In fact I picked a few trousseau outfits from there. The collection is classy but in a limited color option which didn?t really bothered me as I wanted to wear marsala and peach combination which she had.<br /> <br /> The staff too is very supportive as they have been through my entire journey from finalisation to delivery of my wedding outfit.<br /> <br /> I absolutely love Gazal?s work and I would highly recommend her to any bride to be, bridesmaid and other close relatives to make a mandatory visit before finalising anything.

Got my bridal lehenga from Gazal. The lehenga was beautiful and she allowed customizations to suit my taste. There were some goof ups and delay with the blouse which ended with me compromising with the fit of the blouse because no tailor was ready to stitch it on a week's notice (Gazal gives unstitched blouses). She sent the blouse with a small gift for me with a sorry note - very sweet gesture :) Minus 1.5 for the blouse bit. Also, rer store team can be difficult sometimes but Gazal is sweet and understanding!:)

Me and 6 of my other sisters visited india back may 2017 to attend one of my brothers wedding, Being from Chicago we had absolutely no idea on how To dress up for a typical Indian wedding, Shahpur Jat was thoroughly recommended by all the locals. As all of us roamed the streets of the village we came across an array of different designers each with its own uniqueness. But none were quite as impressive as ?Gazal gupta? the store in itself had a special aura about it, the store owner Gazal was there too she personally showed us all the lehengas each outdoing the other, all of them showcased vibrant hues and inticrate workmanship. Creativity bursted throughout the room,Judging on the fact that we ordered on such short notice I must say that Gazal exceeded my expectations and did me proud.

The store has an interesting collection of lehengas and pant saris, you will be able to spot several designer replicas and overall have a lot variety to choose from. However, the designer is very unprofessional and the store has terrible customer service. I was pressed for time and needed to buy a lehenga for a US wedding; I agreed to buy an in-store piece with a custom made blouse. I was shocked to see the blouse was so poorly made with embroidery missing and was nothing like the design shown earlier. If you must buy from this place, here are my pro tips based of my experience with Gazal Gupta (especially for NRI brides): 1) Never pay the full price when placing orders - you will not get what you asked for and will not have any scope to negotiate fixes 2) Know your embroidery ? the sample blouses shown when taking orders will have beautiful zardozi handwork but you will be delivered stuff with fake gota glued on the fabric (not even stitched) 3) Take a local along ? When I came back to collect my lehenga I noticed the staff quoting reduced prices of the same outfits to local customers in the store. There is no transparency related to pricing at all, best to have a frequent shopper with you. 4) Be prepared to do follow ups in person - They gave me 4 phone numbers to coordinate a pick up time for the outfit and no one responded to calls, it took multiple people dozens of tries to finally get through to the staff 5) Be prepared to wait ? This store does not respect appointments and is unprofessional. I waited 2 hrs in the store to pickup my outfit

Gazal gupta has a beautiful store enterance with well organised store layout, specialising in drape sarees/stitched saree/pant saree. I got my Roka oufit done from here, a lehenga done on raw silk with intricate gota, zari and pearl work in mustard and grey combination, the workmanship is truly commendable! Post my Roka i also bought two sarees for my trousseau, one of those being super hit stitched pant sarees. Not only this but they also have some beautifully done gota potlis and gota accessories for Mehendi. Gazal is one of the best stores in Shahpur, which never lets anybody go empty handed once you are at the store. I would highly reccomend this place for all saree lovers and bride to be's!
