She scoped my requirements without me having to sit and explain everything step by step. We hit it off right from the start and took the time to get to know my fiance and me. unfortunately, had to postpone my May 2020 wedding until August 2020 due to COVID-19 and Akhil was a lifesaver. Currently, I am still in the process of planning my wedding and I can honestly say it has been a fun and easy experience. I had several personal things happen in my life that affected my wedding date but Akhil and his team jumped in and fixed everything. I didn't have to make one phone call. Working with Akhil is wonderful (of course) but his team really takes the cake. They are truly experts. Sometimes I am thinking of things we can do for the wedding and I may call them and they say its already taken care of. I love to hear those words while under the pressure of wedding deadlines. Almost two months ago I had my decor meeting with Akhil & Maya and their team planned my entire wedding in 1.5 hours. Considering the magnitude of the event I was sure it would take longer but it was so easy. A part of me believes they could have planned it even if I wasn't there. To put it simply, Akhil, his team and vendors are the routes to go if you are planning a wedding. I trust them with my money, family, wedding, and future family events. They are amazing.

He truly cares about making the day you dream of come to life. Akhil takes the time to get to know you, your partner, both your personalities, your chemistry with one another and, your wedding ambience/vibe you strive for. Maya was very good about keeping us on track and on schedule. Also appreciated that when we procrastinated on certain decisions we needed to make, or we fell behind her schedule, Akhil was realistic about how much time we had and didn't panic or freak out. As a testament to his professionalism, you could really tell he has the respect of his peers. When we spoke to all of our vendors, especially the venue, caterer (which have the best insight to how good a coordinator is) they were all delighted to hear we were using Akhil, and both excited and at ease knowing they would be working with him. Rosa is extremely detail oriented and punctual, obviously two very important traits for an event planner. But he also did a really great job of adapting to our personalities.
