मैंने इस ब्यूटी पार्लर से एक सर्विस के लिए एडवांस पेमेंट ऑनलाइन किया था, जो शाम को एक खास फंक्शन के लिए बुक किया गया था। लेकिन जब वक्त आया, तो ना कोई आया, ना फोन उठाया गया! कई बार कॉल किया, मैसेज भेजे, लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं। फंक्शन का समय निकल गया और मेरा पूरा प्लान बिगड़ गया। इतनी गैर-जिम्मेदाराना हरकत एक प्रोफेशनल सर्विस प्रोवाइडर से उम्मीद नहीं की जाती। यह अनुभव बेहद शर्मनाक और परेशान करने वाला था। मैं किसी को भी इस पार्लर की बुकिंग करने की सलाह नहीं दूंगी, खासकर तब जब आपको किसी खास मौके पर भरोसेमंद सर्विस चाहिए। पैसे भी गए, और दिन भी खराब हो गया।

Booked them for my bridal makeup. They cancelled just one day before my marriage. Very unprofessional people to deal with. Don't book them if you don't want to deal with end moment headaches. Wish I could give them minus 5 stars 👎🏻
