Not sure what kind of incompetent and unprofessional makeup service she’s trying to run over here. Her team was hired to do the makeup for the guests at my friend’s wedding - she asked me to help out with making sure all the guests were showing up on time and helping the MUA girls with anything they need. Timed slots were assigned to different guests based on 8 girls being available to do hair makeup and draping. On Day 1 they showed up an hour late, pushing all the slots back significantly. On Day 2 (morning of the actual wedding) there were only 5 girls available, all of the slots ran late a bunch of people missed the baraat because of this. We had previously communicated that a few people wanted a Bengali style drape and Saloni had said her girls knew how to do that - cut to the day of the wedding and the girls have no idea how to do a Bengali drape, claiming it was not communicated to them. They were charging Rs 500 for fake eyelashes, which were not even of good quality. They charged an exorbitant amount for up and down transport on both days - no receipts were shown. Saloni was just unavailable on the phone when we tried to call her to resolve any issues. Her manager kept saying she has no network but somehow her manager was able to get through to her. Finally - and this literally takes the straw - when it came to making the final payment, we refused to pay the complete transport fee because there were no receipts, her manager threatened to pull the DJ out of the event (the DJ was Saloni’s husband) - basically blackmailing us to pay up. Just an overall terrible and unprofessional service. I would avoid hiring her for guest make up services atleast. Your guests will have a terrible time of it.

My sister had booked her for two days, but she abandoned her at the last moment with a completely fake excuse. No remorse, no attempt to make things right — and not even a willingness to show up for the second day. It's heartbreaking that someone would disregard the significance of this moment in a bride's life, and I would never recommend this artist to anyone who deserves to have their big day treated with respect and professionalism.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with this makeup artist and her team, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Unfortunately, the makeup was not up to par at all.The application was uneven, and certain features, like the foundation and eyeshadow, just didn’t blend well. I left feeling disappointed, especially given the anticipation leading up to the appointment.The makeup artist does not bother at all for the dilevery of quality makeup services. On top of the makeup, the behavior of the team was unprofessional.Overall, I did not feel valued as a client and the experience was less than satisfactory. Saloni did my makeup on my sundowner mehendi and on my wedding day. She is very professional and polite, and I was very pleased with the looks she gave me. The great thing about her is that she will execute your vision if you have one, but if not, she is artistic and skilled, and will guide you based on her vision. For the mehendi, I had a color palette and hair-do in mind, which she executed perfectly, and I looked better than I had imagined. Saloni is creative and gave great ideas for draping, which helped my look appear more rounded. For the wedding day I had neither the color palette nor the hair do in mind. She suggested I keep my hair open to look youthful and avoided giving me extensions which make my face look chubby (I was relieved!). She independently decided on the color palette for my makeup but I trusted her and I was thrilled with the end result. She had also done my mom's makeup for both days, which had looked very graceful and my mom received lots of compliments.

My experience was awful as when I went for my sangeet night makeup , she came for only 30mins and completed the makeup without skin prep. Makeup was patchy & shade of products used was also not correct. She didn’t bother to conceal any dark spots. Spoiled my day fully. Very unprofessional.
