Horrible work,pathetic manager work place to go for makeup..manager dn't know anything and quote any price.Staff is not friendly..i will not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst makeup artist I have ever met.they don’t even deserve to call makeup artist because they don’t even know how how to do basic makeup! Very unprofessional and they were using very cheap makeup products.And Komal is very rude and arrogant!!! They are frauds. Totally ruined my sister bridal makeup. If there was an option of giving minus points I would have given that !! Losers!!!!!

I got my roka make up done but did not get a good result. Skin was caked up and eyebrows were massive.

If there was an option to give -5 ...I would give that instead. They are frauds... absolute cheats.. they quote one price on the day of booking of service and on the day of actual service... they quote a highly exaggerated price which you have no other option but to pay... the staff is rude... the owner Komal is extremely unprofessional and arrogant. She owns couple of more shops in vicinity (Kalkaji) and there also her staff has followed the same policy of cheating customers. Her shop is extremely promoted by shystyles and other YouTubers who are given free services here so that they can rattle false and misleading information to their viewers. Glam factory should be renamed as “Sham-factory” instead.

Worst experience with my hair color , I went their after watching videos of shystyles she is a youtuber but usne jhoot bola, god why I went there the worst salon I have ever visit totally worthless and feel cheated . Shystyles disappointed us

Worst smoothening experience. I went there for smoothening by recommendation of 1 stupis youtuber.. she use to give false reviews about few things.. my smoothening got disasters after 3 months. I was taking care of my hairs a lot . I have taken hair SPA monthly from the same parlour. And now after 6 months my hairs are in the previous condition... nobody can imagine that i have ever takn smoothening. Such a wrst parlour. Dnt visit for smoothening

I took my make up service from her salon for both, engagement and wedding, functions.She did a great work the very first time so it became easier to go with her for my D-day. The best part was that the make up was not overdone.

I am writing to express my terrible and disastrous experience at your parlour "Glam factory". I visited this parlour on recommendation of my cousin, gunajn, for Global highlight and ketatin service. I was told that this parlour has very nice and reasonable services, but to the contrary it is everything but nice. When I visited salon and enquired for the Global highlight and ketatin, the guy at salon informed me that the price for it is 7000 but since, I came on recommendation of gunjan and my hair length is very small, the guy agreed to provide the same service for 4k to which I agreed (biggest mistake). Now firstly, the guy who was applying the color used a wrong shade (completely different from what I had asked for), after arguing for a while he accepted that he had apploed wrong color and did the process again. Secondly, he took almost 8 hrs to complete the process and I had to waste my complete day, sitting at salon. Thirdly, at the end he asked me to pay 7k rather than 4k. I had to again waste my time arguing with staff for the change in price and finally the guy who had on the first place quoted 4000 as the price settled it for 5000 and said that he will talk to the owner, in respect of this matter and try to settle it for 5k. Now, today when i went back to salon for the hair wash, the guy who took 5k from me, on the condition that no further amount would be due or payable, was not available/ or might have left salon and then staff took extra 2k from me. staff was extremely rude, unprofessional and arrogant. I almost cried because staff misbehaved with me. I could have literally gone to a road side shop and got better service and response for that price. Ahh.. I forgot to mention that I am from himachal, was just visiting delhi and wanted to get my hair done for my sister's wedding. You have successfully spoiled my trip and time with such a disastrous service.
