Review : Golden Aisle, GOA We had hired the services of Golden Aisle for my son’s destination wedding at Goa from 27th to 29th May, 2019. The entire wedding & all the functions were at Zuri White Sands and all arrangements for the wedding was SUPPOSED to be taken care of by Golden Aisle but they lagged majorly & if I may say even misguided us and gave us extremely high quotation for things which we eventually got in for FREE. - Major goof up in inviting guest and talking their details: Firstly it was their job to coordinate with the guests; and for this we had provided them with a guest list which had two categories Group 1 & Group 2. We had specifically asked them to give a priority and to call the Group 1 guest only and then Group 2. However they went ahead and invited guest from the Group 2 and we had EXTRA GUESTS. - Guest who were not coming for the wedding and had not shared their travel dates were also counted as confirmed by them. It was just a week prior to the wedding that we had to call everyone & get the correct data as Golden Aisle were absolutely incompetent in talking care of the details of 130 people (total guest for the wedding) and this blunder would have cost us a lot of embarrassment to our reputation in the society. - We wanted a beach wedding and we also wanted hindi Bollywood songs for the wedding; for this Golden Aisle were charging us an exuberant fee of Rs 2 lahks. So we did a little study on google…. And guess what…? We got to know that the beach license for the wedding was NOT REQUIRED & for the hindi songs we JUST had to PAY Rs 20,400/. That’s it! And we were good to go. Now there’s a huge difference between Rs 2, 00,000 & Rs 20,400/- - Then comes the wedding time: we had hired (read paid) them for welcoming the guest with garlands, flowers & tilak. For this 2-4 representatives of Golden Isle were supposed to be present in the lobby and welcome our guest. But the team of people assigned for this were instructed to just stand there & do nothing. Every time a guest arrived when we wanted them to do the welcome they used to simply stare at us with a completely blank faces. Even a simple thing like tagging the bags as per room allotted was not done. Finally the staff of Zuri & my family took over the charge & they were welcoming the guest. Now this was intensively awful. - During the wedding we had hired only 3 vendors from outside (basically the mehendi , make-up & cake artist) and ALL the details related to them was provided to the planner so that they could coordinate. But guess what …?? Keeping the tradition alive they didn’t…. so the mehendi artist was not allowed in the hotel and we wasted a lot of time communicating with the hotel staff and the ceremony got delayed. The worst was when the vendor for the cake also faced the issue and my daughter had to leave them wedding in between to resolve it because……..you know the story by now – They didn’t do it……. - For the baarat we had asked for the horse/ghodi but again…. we all were ready and the ghodi was missing. The ghodi was late by a good 20 minutes, the cost was we ended up missing the Wedding Mahurat and we all know how important it is for a Hindu Maharastrian wedding. We were so disheartened. The only thing that was good by Golden isle was the decoration during the 3 evening functions but for the day function of Mehendi it was just illogical…. Pool party without fans & shade in Goa's summer time. Finally my conclusion is people don’t hire Golden Aisle they are good at sales but bad at execution, and worst in communication. SO DON’T HIRE THEM, they would surely make you work……..really HARD. MRS.SATYA BIDKAr

Your coordination was outstanding, lots of good comments were passed by wedding guests plus I actually felt burden literarily taken off me during the period.

My Husband (Amal) and myself couldn't thank Goldenaisle enough for all the planning and hard work that they put in to making our dream wedding come true. Amal and myself both are from London, so planning and executing our wedding in Goa wouldn't have been as smooth as it was without Sandra from Goldenaisle. Picture this - bride and groom both from London, groom's erratic work placement in India meant that we had to get married here! Enter bride with no clue about this country and a groom with no time for the planning! & thanks to Mr Modi's demonetization interventions, this wedding nearly turned out to be a shotgun wedding, (December 2016) BUT Sandra really came up trumps for my parents and I! So with one disaster after another including my original planners leaving me abandoned with less than 3 weeks to go, a desperate plea went to my photographers (from London) who had worked with Sandra previously. Without hesitation I gave her a quick call and went to see her within a couple of hours. Walking into her office/store brought about an immediate sense of calm and relief - what great aesthetic sense she has! Within minutes of my brief she had given me a prelimianry quote with all the details - this was by far the fastest I had seen anyone work in this part of the world! To cut a long story short, if you want efficiency, empathy and a friendly face oh and stunning backdrops for your events then look no further than Golden Aisle - complete life saver! Thank you!!!

Thank you so much Sandra for making our wedding day to be one of the most beautiful and memorable day in our lives. Planning the wedding from Australia was one of the most nerve wrecking experience but Sandra made it a smooth and stress free process. We had no issues whatsoever with choosing things and we were constantly given options and ideas. The Venue, Food & Dcor was more than what we had imagined and exceeded expectations. Till today we have family & friends complimenting our big day to be one of the best they?ve been to and that it was like a dream. We agree that we had hiccups along the way but Sandra always overcame the hurdles and made our day special. She always made sure she listened to what we had in our minds and came up with excellent suggestions that met our requirements. We would recommend Golden Aisle and Sandra to anyone any day

They took our wedding well beyond our expectations ? it was so amazing to see all the plans come to life exactly as we had planned with Sandra. After choosing the venue, Golden Aisle took it from there and we didn?t really have to worry about anything except choosing what we wanted! Their contacts in Goa are excellent, she helped us choose a great photographer, dhol band, DJ and everyone else. Everything was really professional!

Sandra gave us the most beautiful wedding ever! It was honestly perfect in every way. Her team's planning and execution was amazing. We really appreciated her incorporating our last minute changes! It was a pleasure working with her!
