Golden Touch Photography

We liked the reviews we saw online and decided to go with Golden touch photograpy for our wedding. However, the team that arrived were very casual and seemed uninterested in taking pictures. Team even fought amongst themselves and didn’t deliver on the expectations when we saw the pictures. However, we did like the teaser created for the events. But that was it. Once they received more than 2/3 of the agreed amount, they stopped picking calls, didn’t deliver on time and after chasing for more than half an year sent album edit draft. It was very substandard from what we saw online and it lacked any common theme or proper flow. On request the editor sat with me online to make changes for half the album late at night one day. However he also stopped picking calls and was very dismissive of the rest of the job. Even after almost a year they didn’t deliver as they kept stalling us. We then decided to take the photos elsewhere for album.

They beautifully captured each and every moment and everyone present. Very co-operative and understanding.
