Rating: 0.5/5 (Would give -5 if possible) We entrusted GURU STUDIOS with the complete photography and videography package for our complete wedding, expecting them to capture and preserve the most precious moments of our lives. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of a nightmare, marred by extreme unprofessionalism and dishonesty. 1. Delivery Delays & Lost Memories - Unacceptable Delays: It took over 12 months for GURU STUDIOS to deliver our videos and albums, an inexcusable delay for such important events. - Lost Footage: Shockingly, they completely lost the main photos and videos of our engagement. The explanation given was that a colleague "formatted the hard disk," resulting in the loss of all our engagement memories and a half-edited video for our roce ceremony. There were no family photos or event pictures from these once-in-a-lifetime occasions. - Irreplaceable Loss: These moments cannot be recreated, and the emotional pain caused by this negligence is immeasurable. 2. Unprofessionalism & Dishonesty - Communication Breakdown: Mr. Prasad, the main contact at GURU STUDIOS, was responsive only until full payment was made. After that, he became almost impossible to reach, ignoring calls and messages. - False Promises: On the rare occasions he did respond, he provided misleading updates and empty promises about the status of our deliverables. - Lack of Accountability: There was no sense of responsibility or apology for the lost memories or the delays in delivery. 3. Quality of Work - Substandard Output: The work that was eventually delivered was of below-average quality, with poor editing and lack of attention to detail. - Unmet Expectations: The final products did not meet even the most basic professional standards, let alone the expectations set during initial discussions. Overall Experience: This was, by far, the worst service experience of our lives. GURU STUDIOS not only failed to deliver on their promises but also ruined the most beautiful moments of our lives with their incompetence and dishonesty. The emotional impact of losing these memories is something my family and I will carry forever. Recommendation : Even if GURU STUDIOS offers their services for free, I strongly advise against hiring them. Trusting them with your special moments will only lead to regret and disappointment. There are far more reliable and professional studios out there—choose anyone but GURU STUDIOS if you value your memories. Final Rating: -5 / 5 (If only it were possible to rate lower than zero) This review is written in the hope that no other family has to go through what we did because of GURU STUDIOS.

Guru Studio is one of the best team of photography available in Mangalore. They are very friendly & helpful throughout the shoot. It was great fun and amazing experience with Mr Prasad for my brother’s and cousin sister’s wedding along with the whole team. They will make you feel like friends & family that helps even more for someone to be relaxed and comfortable. They have great and creative ideas for shoot with the best budget!! They have a expert crew members for candid shoots, cinematography, traditional photography and even for HD videos. They always capture the best moments during the events. Most. Importantly if I have to talk about the budget, You will get value for the money work done here. They will customize as per our requirements. I and my family are very much satisfied with both the events assigned to them. Most recommended. Day by day the quality of work is getting improved.
