The team was verry nice, professional. Everyone praised and asked for it. Good products were used.

First of all, the person whom i met at reception Nadeem, was not welcoming at all. He was not replying properly for the queries what i had. Then, sam did my hair smoothening, keratin and he said my hair are damaged so i need olaplex. I said yes for that too. He set my hair took beautiful pictures and video. Those hair looked beautiful just only for a day. Now my hair are so rough, i even cannot pass my fingers through my hair. It get so many tangles every time, and when i brush my hair it falls a lot. Really bad experience. Any other salon can do this service in half price. I will never recommend anyone to go there. So disappointed.

They take so many bookings of make up that they dont give proper time to 1 person so the make up remains non blended and looks like plaster. The make was so patchy that it looked like wall putty. The pictures posted on their page are totally edited. Their hairstyle didn't understand the hairstyle i wanted for 2 hours and then finally when he finally understood, he didn't have the tool to do it. It took them 50mins to arrange the tool n took 3.5-4 hours in total to do my bridal hairstyle and then the makeup artist had to give a final touch up but he was all busy so did a formality touch up. He didn't blend the make up as he was so busy with other brides. Pathetic experience it was. Its better to go to a local saloon than such saloons.

Got my makeup done from them for my functions in Chandigarh. The makeup they did was great. They used all branded products and very hygienic also. The hair however did not look good and that determined my overall look. Apart from this, good experience.

So Hairmasters did my Sangeet and Wedding makeup, and I was praised by everyone on both the days. They did a fantastic job. They have a very soft spoken makeup artist who listens to all your needs and does very subtle work. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Do not remember the name of the MUA since I went to a salon, but they did a very good job. I looked nice and my pictures came out really well.
