Worst experience ever!! Heema suggested her sister(Hinal) and I haven't seen her work or took any trail and booked her before 4months to the wedding. Nr date to my wedding I sent my all outfit pics bt no response. Even I'm calling her from diff num she doesn't aware that I'm so and so. I shared her my event details-timing. There was confusion for the timing for wedding day and I clearly said that if not psble for you I'll cancel the booking before 4days of wedding. she said, ll do it n will take 3 hr 4 make up. Timing mistake repeating every now n then. Don't ready to listen single word even I was crying on my wedding day on wedding day, they get me ready in 1hr n left. Commenting we are professional and all. After paying 40000, not even ready to give 4 hr what a professionalism!! she's only intrsd in finish asap n head to nxt client for 'chuna lga ne k liye' ni thatu hoi to 10bride ni levani Ek divs ni. CUSTOMER COLLABERATION RATHER THAN CONTRACT NEGOTIATION

I absolutely loved how Heema made my skin look so flawlessly fresh and natural! She was punctual, patient and very friendly. Unlike most other people who will just give you the looks that you want, she actually made a genuine effort to meet me, discuss my looks ( even tried on a few hairstyles) and convince me for something that she truly believed would look good on me and I must say that she was absolutely right..! Definitely one of the best bridal makeup artists in Mumbai.

Heena did a great Makeup for my Wedding .She was well on time n Punctual ..She decided the looks with me n more or less we achieved that ...She helped me a lot to create those wonderful looks ..Hair part could have been better but still thank her for grooming me on my Wedding

I hired Hema to do my makeup and hair for my reception . She also did my mom and sisters hair and make up .I had hired different artists for different functions and Hema came for the last one ... After I got ready the first thing that came to my mind was I wish I had hired her for all the functions . She did a great job on all of us .. V all were very happy with our looks ... She does justice to every penny she charges . I hoping to see her again for other family weddings ..

I loved how Heema made my skin look so flawless and natural. Most of the makeup artists do a good job with the eyes, but making the skin look natural is not everyones cup of tea. She first understood what was in my mind and build upon that itself using her expertise, thus giving me a better version of what i wanted.

No words are enough to describe how amazingly talented Heema is! She is flawless with her work and I absolutely loved my pre wedding and wedding day makeup !
