My wedding day was supposed to be perfect, but the service from House of Soha was nothing but a disaster. I am beyond disappointed and heartbroken by the lack of professionalism and care we received. What we were promised and what was delivered were two completely different things, and it felt like a betrayal on a day we had planned so much. ​To make matters worse, the aftermath has been just as frustrating. After repeated attempts to contact them through multiple calls and messages, we have received nothing but silence. The complete lack of a simple apology or even the courtesy of a return call speaks about their total disregard for their clients. It shows they not only messed up our big day but have no intention of making it right. This isn't just bad service; it's a complete lack of accountability. ​I would strongly advise any future brides or grooms to think twice before booking with House of Soha. The emotional toll of this experience is far greater than the financial cost. They tarnished a day that we can never get back. The memories of my wedding day will forever be tinged with the frustration and anger I felt because of their service.

For all of my other looks than the wedding, she was responsible and she did such an excellent job in doing my makeup. The whole look was so amazing.
