We contacted Rashida (Idowao) for our engagement at Taj Yeshwanthpur. She responds quickly and we had many calls and discussions as I was in US and came few days before our event. She is proactive, quick, creative, very accommodative of requirements and budget, and super detail oriented. She doesn’t miss a single thing! She got in touch with the hotel and planned the time and schedule of events. On the day of the event, she had the venue setup and ready much before the start of our event. We are highly thankful to Rashida and the I Do! team for the fantastic job they did in decorating and coordinating key aspects of our wedding in February 2020. We were working on a limited budget and yet we wanted to have our wedding venue decorated with just the right blend of traditional and contemporary elements. The venue that we chose was basic with a mid-size lawn. We knew we needed somebody who was creative enough to transform the space with decoration to give us the vibe we really wanted. Right from our first connect with Rashida, we knew we had made the right decision in working with her. She was highly creative and full of ideas, very attentive to our specific needs, actively engaged throughout, gave us a lot of choices and always kept the conversations practical. Most of all, I appreciate how she really wants to do a quality job. The experience putting the decoration design elements together was a lot of fun. On wedding day, the execution was absolutely flawless. The venue was transformed better than I could have imagined for the lawn wedding ceremonies in the morning, and transformed magically again for our evening reception. The experience we created for our guests was truly memorable and they continue to praise the decoration and vibe today, several months after the event.
