Album Quality: As quoted by them, the cost was ₹15,000 per album, totalling ₹30,000 for 2 albums. However, upon receiving the albums, the quality was shockingly subpar, resembling work that could be replicated at a local studio for 1/4th of the price. Contractual Disputes: Despite the contract clearly stipulating one-time editing at no additional cost, we were asked to pay extra for edits. When we refused, the home delivery of the albums was cancelled, and we were instructed to either collect them ourselves or pay for courier services. Overall Professionalism: This gap between what was promised and what was delivered is highly disappointing. The attire photoshoot was not even done, falling far short of the standards expected from a professional service. The quality and professionalism promised during our wedding photoshoots were not met.

So after going and surfing so many photographers for my wedding I decided to go with Immortal Pixels and I can’t tell you guys how happy I was with my decision as they made my wedding pictures look so beautiful and breathtaking and everything I could have ever dreamed of. You guys did an amazing job, me and my family we loved the pictures actually the right word is: we are actually obsessed with the photos. They are so punctual, cooperative, so kind, they made it so comfortable for me through out the wedding. Immortal Pixels were the photographers at my wedding and they did a brilliant job. They were professional and good at their work, choosing them was a right decision.
