Extremely poor service and poor quality product and no value of clients and time

Pathetic! I have no words to detail my experience at Indu fashions. The owner and the entire staff is a big con. Here is what happened with us and one of my close friends too. This review is authentic and is totally based on our personal experience. We selected a gown costing 38k with deep neck, bell sleaves curves and cold shoulder. The work was done amazingly well and was looking well furnished on the day of selection. Without any negotiations, guranting the quality we booked the gown for our engagement at the quoted price with some customisations such as off shoulder with bell sleaves. On the day of delivery, we were pretty excited. The moment he opened the gown out of the case, our excitement dipped down drastically. The gown’s color was different, lighter embroidery, no customisations such as off shoulder instead they made a suit out of it with regular sleeves and neck line. There was no finishing with stones missing, lesser cane cane. We luckily got the original piece which his staff accidentally got down the stairs although we kept asking him show us the original piece but be didn’t. I highly recommend that DO NOT VISIT THIS CON. He will SPOIL your D-Day. Please spread the word as much as possible. A similar plight was experienced by another friend. BE CAUTIOUS. Thanks!

Just dont have words for them. You can getany kind of lehnga in affordable prices and even colour customization thats the best thing they provide.

Indu Fashions is a very nice store for bridal wear. I got my wedding outfit from there and the collection was very good. The prices were also fine and there was huge collection of different-different variities. I loved my lehenga, it was exactly what I wanted, it looked so beautiful!

At Indu's fashions, the overall collection is very good and I got my wedding lehenga from them. The lehnga turned out to be so good and so pretty but I was even supposed to get my engagement lehanga from them but the messed it up. So, just a 3.5 for this reason otherwise my bridal lehanga was really good!

Their customer service is the worst....they have no sense to speak to the customer, and literally misbehave with the customers...!! Had the worst experience there..!!! Would never ever recommend anyone to go here.

I am glad to get my perfect dream wedding lehanga customised with perfection from them with amazing consultation with their designer and stylist. Indu Fashion was on my store list i wanted to visit for my Bridal clothes. I went to India with my family for wedding clothes, the first day we started with looking for bridal Lehenga. I was amazed by how many stores there were in Chandni Chowk, by the end of the day i forgot my ''store list'' and still didn't find a bridal lehenga. It was almost closing time when we suddenly realized we were in front of the store. Luckily the guys helped me very good to find my one of a kind dream wedding dresses, one bridal lehenga and one Anarkali. Everyone loved it! I was tired of looking at all the traditional over worked bridal Lehenga. I wanted my lehenga to look both grand and traditional but not gaudy. It was a causal visit to this store though I was surprised at their collections. I end up buying my wedding lehenga from here. They took 1.5-2 months to make it,well for that I would Thank my friend who advised me to buy wedding lehenga 4-5 months prior to the wedding. Beautiful things take Time. also I was given a beautiful potli as a complement. Initially they forgot to give the potli with lehenga. however they courier it to the address given. Needless to say the lehenga was a beauty in red?

I never thought that I would be able to ever figure out what type of lehenga I wanted for my wedding. but, when I started exploring their collection and I started to wonder if I could wear atleast two three lehengas for my wedding :P THe collection is really very pretty and appealing. I have received so many compliments for the lehenga which makes me super happy and excited. Thank you Indu Fashions !!

Most unfortunate experience. Illiterate and rowdy owner Shubham Sharma. Poor products. Show something and deliver something else. Make fool of customer. Never visit this place. If you go you will be looted and humiliated. Even 0.5rating is high for them.

I must say, i end up buying up my wedding lehanga from here and m vry much satisfied. I went there by an reference and they shown me the latest collection in very much low cost other than much hyped shops in chandni chowk. They make me so comfortable with my choice and provided customization for my other outfit. Kudos to them for owning such a polite behaviour. Thanks

Believe me when I say, I've hunted almost all zones of delhi so that I could best trousseau for my D Day :) Indu studio was even nt in the list of my Wedding vendors. It was spontaneous and quick decision as soon as I saw their collections. They have huge variety and that too in range. I am going to recommend Indu Studio to everyone from my family and friends, who will be going to get married, in near or far far future ;) Cheers!!!

If you are in panic mode and don't know what , where and when to shop - This is the place. This like a bridal temple where wishes can come true. I met Mr. Rana at a point when I had no dress 5 days before my engagement. Yes! that late (I am a workaholic, apparently). Mr. Rana not only showed me his best collection, but made sure the dress is prepared on time. He was very helpful and kind to spare time after his work hours and make my dream dress come true. This shop is a must go and buy point for all the brides out there. Please do not judge the shop by its outlook, they have huge collection of dresses, lehangas and anarkalis. I have made them my official traditional shopping spree spot. If I had known this shop earlier, I would have got my wedding lehanga from here. Thank you Mr. Rana for all the help. <p>A big NO rather never visit is recommended. The collection is just average and the staff is ill mannered. One can get the same stuff anywhere in chandini chowk in cheaper rates, better quality. The staff as well as the owner have no sense of how to behave, you spend some time in the shop they get behind you that you must buy something. This shop is rather unsafe to visit. After selecting a piece they tell you that they would mail you the picture or whats app it, the truth is they do nothing. Once the money is transferred to them there behavior plus there dealing tone as well changes. No sense of customer satisfaction. I choose a lehenga, paid for it and the same lehenga was available in cheaper rates at frontier raas south extension. I felt cheated..! then at the time of alteration and delivery the response of the whole team was pathetic. The owner keeps on comparing himself with high end designers and has no sense of dealing with the customers.They had shown me something else and the thing at the time of delivery was grossly different. Pathetic is d word.! They dont deserve a rating at such a wonderful site.</p>

Its a good and reasonable place to buy bridal lehanga, we went there for my cousin wedding lehanga and we were quite satisfied by their collection that was really eye catching. Even they have good collection of gowns as well.
