Worst experience. The founder/owner cheated my money. She cancelled my order and refused refund when i sought clarification regarding delivery. And she has cheated many customers previously.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was asked to prepay for my kaliras, but was given no delivery timeline. When I followed up, I was told to check the website (which had no details), and when I asked for help, the team was rude and dismissive. Worse, I was threatened that they would keep my order and not refund the money, and told to stop asking about delivery. Completely unprofessional and stressful, especially for a wedding purchase. Do NOT prepay for any order with this brand. Proceed with caution.

Loved the choker necklace. It's so detailed and gorgeous. The quality is too good and light weight to use. This is so perfect on both traditional and western outfits. Loved it a lot and I totally recommend Ishhaara. Class products at affordable prices.
