Extremely slow delivery and it tough to get any response on delivery of the photos every time we follow up and yet even after six months to get a single response on the videos to be delivered . Other photographers we worked in past have been much more responsive and feel like they only prioritize big shots and tough to get any response from them. There is only one lady who answers the phone all the time and she is pretty much useless when coming to convey any information needed. Better of trying more up and coming photographers who have more passion to what they deliver
