I had the most wonderful experience with Monica and Karishma while selecting my wedding lehenga. From the very first consultation to the final fitting, the entire process was seamless and personalized. The designer truly understood my vision and suggested styles that not only matched the theme of my wedding but also enhanced my personality. The craftsmanship was exceptional – every embroidery detail, fabric choice, and color combination reflected elegance and sophistication. What impressed me most was the balance between tradition and modernity. The lehenga carried the richness of heritage with a refreshing contemporary touch, making it perfect for my big day. The fitting was flawless, and I felt both comfortable and confident wearing it for hours of rituals and celebrations. The team was also extremely professional and accommodating, ensuring all alterations were done on time without compromising on quality. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart. I received countless compliments from family and guests, and my lehenga will always remain a treasured piece for me.

I had one of my wedding week outfits made by Jade by Monica & Karishma. Initially the customer service was good, I felt comfortable with my choice of outfit and proceeded to hash out the tidbits I would’ve liked to change on the outfit. I am 5’3 and found the lengha length to be slightly shorter with my heels on. The team was very apprehensive to customise the length of my lengha and after many many lengthy discussions they agreed. After which I made a deposit payment. I came approximately one month later to do a final trial and the lengha length was perfect. However, I have a petite frame and a large bust size, and the top of the lengha fit horribly. The whole team at Jade was very difficult to make any adjustments to make me feel comfortable, and kept telling me that the designers do not allow certain nips and tucks in places to accentuate one’s body shape. All in all, I do not suggest that anyone who does not have a proportional body shape buy from them, you will be disappointed initially and the team is very resistant to customer feedback. Finally after several upsetting and uncomfortable discussions, I was able to have the top made to fit my body shape. But I would not go through the trouble ever again. Ishita was lovely, and tried to help as much as she could. The workmanship of the lengha piece of the outfit was phenomenal, but the finishing touches were not up to par especially for the amount of money you’ll have to pay. Use your money elsewhere ! I hope this helps someone else !

I had a great experience with the team! Ishita was a big help in deciding the style and the color. The outfit itself came out beautiful. The fit was perfect in the very first try! Loved it.

I bought my reception lehenga from the Jade store in DLF emporio, Delhi. I met Pooja there, who went out of her way to help me with deciding on the right lehenga for the event. She was extremely patient, and even when I was in a different country, she stayed in touch and gave me the space and time to make a choice. She also helped me pick a custom blouse for the lehenga and has been so reliable, warm and enthusiastic through the process. I absolutely loved wearing my Jade lehenga, and I can't recommend the team enough.
