Very bad attitude for being makeup artist. I booked Titli makeup 10 december for my wedding day after seeing good reviews, but my experience was not good at all. Even though I was the bride, she did not give me priority. Just because some people from my sider came 5 minutes early, she started their makeup first,which is still fine but she did not care to adjust or finish mine on time or to even keep me on priority,forget being fast or on time she was slow in getting me ready. Her helpers were also not working properly—they kept leaving in between and were very slow. On requesting to complete my work which they have started, when they kept leaving me between she kept reminding me i was late. Come on, no bride would intentionally be late, what about some kindness and understanding and soothing her instead of stressing her more? Instead of helping me feel relaxed, she kept telling me that I was late, again and again, which made me feel more stressed. On top of that, she forced me to make a reel for her Instagram. This took my time and energy on my big day, and she did not even care how I was feeling, i paid for the service not like she paid me for using me and making my reel. I cried when i came out of makeup studio because of her bad treatment and selfish behavior.
