Our wedding day was supposed to be a joyous occasion, but unfortunately, it was marred by the unprofessionalism of this company Jannat Events. Despite promises made by Soha, the key wedding planner, to be there on the day, she failed to show up, leaving us in a state of panic and uncertainty. Not only did they arrive late on the wedding day, but they also made several promises that they didn't keep, causing unnecessary stress for everyone and frustration. Their lack of communication and reliability only added to the chaos of what should have been a seamless event. Overall, our experience with Jannat Events was deeply disappointing, and I would caution anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a more reliable and professional wedding planner. Choose another company it is not worth the stress working with a company like this.
